“From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and genuine customer service. The people who work here learn you name, and create an atmosphere that is rare and a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses. They get super-busy, but seem unruffled and extremely efficient and professional. I want to mention Nonni, Twa Bee, Jessy, Michelle, Celina and Travais for being so friendly and efficient. I almost certainly left someone out, but hopefully can update if I did. This is a very well-run branch, too!!! I love their new facility.”

“Most people associate First Convenience Bank with transient banking, or second chance accounts, and I get that. However, this bank.means so much more to me. When I left the farm and hit the highway for the big city of Denton back in 2005, I was "Mr. Low Credit No Credit." I needed a bank account for this strange, new world, and 1st CB came through. Today, so many years later, I could bank somewhere else, but I would rather not. It is, as it's name suggests, convenient. They have 7 days a week hours, and even most holidays. They may not be open before work, but they are open well after. It's so wonderful knowing that I can bank at times that are conducive to work. Particularly, this location has a wonderful staff from management to the tellers, I haven't a single negative thing to say.”
