I was in town for a wedding and needed a suit coat dry cleaned. I called a couple of other places and got a lot of whining about how they couldn't dry clean my coat and have it ready by the next day. Which I found odd. One of those places actually advised me to try Miller's. When I called Miller's, they were extremely nice over the phone. They assured me they could dry clean my coat and have it ready for me the next day by a certain time. They actually sent me a text the next day beating their estimated time by several hours. My suit coat looked great. These guys are fabulous! Go here and nowhere else for your dry cleaning needs!

Be careful when you dealing with this laundry. Recent I take a few item to wash & press, and a few to press only. My mistake trust them, I don’t count item. That evening I check my items and notice one missing. I notified them come with excuses but don’t pay me for what they loose. For me, if you don’t care of my clothes, you loose a garment, you loose a customer.

My family and I always go to Miller's for any dry cleaning needs! The staff are very nice and quick to process our request at the counter. Furthermore, they have reasonable turnaround times and our clothes always come out pristine!

If I could give zero stars I would I sent my dress to be cleaned even tho it wasn’t dirty but I just wanted it nice and ready for my birthday when we picked it up we saw a big chemical stain on the dress not only is it an expensive dress it was my 15 birthday dress the stain was not small we’re I could pull it off it was enormous and on the back as well…

I got duped by the 4.8 rating. Apparently they are running a promotion of $5off with every review and that’s why they have the misleading rating.I got my expensive suit dry cleaned here for $13. Glad I didn’t trust them and checked at the counter only to see that it was full of lint. I would’ve looked a joker at the party if I didn’t check. I asked them to fix and had to make another trip next day but still had 20% of the previous lint as it is.. I don’t have any pets by the way.

This place ruined a designer piece that had a wax coating on it. I told them to remove a stain on the inside and by them dry cleaning the whole thing it became shriveled up and completely lost it's shine. RUINED. How could you look at something like this and make it look worse? Now I don't trust their expertise and will not be back. When I told them they needed to compensate me since they proceeded to dry clean the whole thing, they blamed it on the manufacturer.
