I came in around 6 - 8 months ago to shop for a bass. Service was solid, staff was nice but once a deal was struck for a Dean 5 string bass w/ soft case included (I didn't negotiate that in, it was advertised on the tag) there were "no soft cases in stock". I was told I'd be contacted at a later date to pick up a soft case when they had one available. No contact ever came and when I called to find out the progress on it I got told that " I'd just have to wait until someone came in with a case that size." I don't think there was ever any plan on contacting me after my money switched hands.

This is one pawn shop you cannot count on they say they work with you and they lie and they lie and they lie don't count on these people they will steal your things they will tell you that they will work with you and then a couple of days before they say that it is okay to pay they will put it on the shelf for sale they will take as much money from you as they can and then sell your things

This was my 3rd time going here to get something priced. All 3 times they offered me pennies basically. So I send my white friend they offered her a A LOT MORE for same items. I’m just saying don’t waste time with this business if you don’t look like them.

Yes you guys are going to close early maybe you should put that on the app so that people like me who spend money in your store don't waste our time period the last time I was in your store I spent just under 500 bucks on tools but I will just hit the other pawn shop down here in hers that I know stays open till 7:00 p.m.. But I purposely got off the freeway headed down highway tend to stop at your store because I've shopped her many a times But the God counter this look at me I help my phone up showing that it wasn't time for you guys to close and heater shrugged me off and my money...
