They opened up about 15 minutes late. Just a cold uninviting experience. I left and went to BestBuy and got a Mint Mobile Sim, bought a cheap $150 unlocked phone and was up and running in under 10 minutes and I saved about $300 a year.

I really like this location I've stayed in the area for 20yrs and this is the best customer service metro has had in the area throughout the yrs,Sandy assisted me with patience and honesty when I was just trying to rush out with a phone, he wouldn't let me leave the store until he knew I had a reliable phone.

By far the worst phone store I've ever stepped foot in. Upon entering they didn't even acknowledge us. The store manager helped us but seemed annoyed because she couldn't hear us over the loud tejano music they were blasting. They claimed they didn't have any phones in stock She finally suggested us to go to another carrier. I went back at a later time and they were closed in the middle of the day. Save you the trouble and go to Hurst or another store.

This location has always been my store to buy a new phone. It's been 5 years since I got a new one and knew it was time. I did alot of research on the different phones Metro carried. I went back into this store and met Aymen. I decided on the One Plus Nord 200. She was wonderful. A#1 service. She set up me and my friends phones, helped us load all our photos and apps., spent alot of time with us showing us the phones operation. She went above and beyond. Definitely use this store and see Aymen if you need to buy a phone. Excellent customer service. ?
