By far the worst phone store I've ever stepped foot in. Upon entering they didn't even acknowledge us. The store manager helped us but seemed annoyed because she couldn't hear us over the loud tejano music they were blasting. They claimed they didn't have any phones in stock She finally suggested us to go to another carrier. I went back at a later time and they were closed in the middle of the day. Save you the trouble and go to Hurst or another store.

This location has always been my store to buy a new phone. It's been 5 years since I got a new one and knew it was time. I did alot of research on the different phones Metro carried. I went back into this store and met Aymen. I decided on the One Plus Nord 200. She was wonderful. A#1 service. She set up me and my friends phones, helped us load all our photos and apps., spent alot of time with us showing us the phones operation. She went above and beyond. Definitely use this store and see Aymen if you need to buy a phone. Excellent customer service. ?

I have to give a huge shout out to Ms. Aymen & Mr. Jawad. They both were very professional and courteous of my situation. They knew I was very Indecisive about my purchase. But they made me feel very welcoming and very comfortable with what I was doing. They were very very professional with helping me switch all of my information over and placing everything into my new phone. They even downloaded the proper app to transfer everything over to my new phone. I was very satisfied with my purchase and with the experience that I had while it is location. The customer service that they displayed is very rare and it’s hard to fine but it was awesome. I definitely hope that there are more people out there like them working for this company. I even went back the following day just to make another purchase on an accessory for my phone and they even remembered who I was which made it feel even more special to me and even asked me how did I enjoy my new phone which is what I purchased the day before. It’s this type of customer service they will always make me want to come back to this location and no matter how far I am as long as these two are there I would definitely continue to shop here. I hope this reaches their management because I was very satisfied if I had 1000 thumbs to give up I give them all up to them. They even asked about how my children were doing which again made it feel even more special and personal. I did not feel like a customer I feel like family thank you both for displaying great customer service and I wish you guys the best 100 out of 100 stars from me. Thank you

If I could ZERO Stars I would I Purchased an Upgrade Phone Galaxy A11 It did not work brought the phone back for a refund within 2 days of Purchase and No Refunds allowed I switched to AT&T This place needs to Close their Doors Misleading Information and Awful Customer Service DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!!!! We were so happy to find caring employees at this location of Metro by T-Mobile. We are senior citizens and needed a lot of help. Ali was fantastic and very helpful. He had several customers at the same time and was very polite and professional, handling it all like a pro. He spent several hours with us getting it all set up. Today I went by with some questions and met Rokon. He is also a very helpful. They are very nice young men. I want to recommend them highly if you need to purchase new equipment.
