This is my favorite Metro store in Euless/ Grapevine area. They are very helpful will give you a great deal on phone service and accessories. There is never a line and when there is they move thru everyone fast and always do a great store. Definitely recommend this Metro store for buying a new phone, new service, or home Internet.??

This is Yolanda Hernandez a local customer since 2007. Though all these years, I've seen different managers helping customers all the time but AQ his wife and Umesh are the best people to talk to. Very knowledgeable in what they are doing.
So, if you have any trouble in anything, just go to them.

Don't waste your time. I called ahead about an item and was told they had it in stock but when I arrived they suddenly had none so the employee didnt care to look the first time.
