One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.

Stop wasting your money and time with these guys...they try to nickel and dime you every time you walk into their store...even if you forgot your unique password...they charge an in house fee to reset it...FORGET ABOUT IT...go with MINT...I saved over 30% when I switched and it was all done in minutes...and in the comfort of my own home...can't believe I didn't do this sooner...BYE BYE store fronts...and commissioned employee's...BYE BYE!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAYI bought my phone IN CASH 2.5 years ago.When I did, they apparently locked it due to "Signed Terms and Conditions" which is technically illegal. They then refused to unlock my phone which was 100% theft of my owned property.We then went to change carriers and they have LOCKED the IME number associated with my wife's phone from two other carriers ago and for the last 7 years.They are an AWFUL company to deal with.Reps will hang up with you on hold after waiting for over an hour.They will try to direct all customer service issues to their "corporate office."Nothing, nothing you can do will actually motivate them to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and learn from our wasted days - go somewhere else.

I went to this store and I tried to talk with the guy there and I told him I wanted to ask him a question and he didn't care what I was saying and he left me standing there for 15 minutes and all I wanted to do was buy a phone and I ended up leaving without him helping me

Came to Metro from at&t 3 months ago coming up on 4 which will Be ending my service. I came to this store , expecting to get my phone going since I was porting over and the guy was cool till I asked about the no extra expenses or activation deal that METRO ADVERTISES EVERYWHERE furthermore he tells me he won’t honor the promotion unless I buy another phone and then says if I want that promotion I must drive to Dallas which was 30 mins away reminder my phone was only working off wifi for the moment so that wasn’t a good idea so he sitting there trying to pressure me into buying another phone and send me to dallas I remember it’s a store down the street on MAIN 2 MINS AWAY who will honor your promotions of zero switching fees without having to go to DALLAS especially with no service . Sad but true at this location he started to become rude after I called customer service they informed me to just buy a SIM card and I will get a 200 virtual SIM card and just activate the phone online after main st metro informed they can do the zero switch but for the $200 promotion had to be online that’s why I activated online for $200 why not right ? But they were out of sims so had to come back to this one.Furthermore 3 months go by time for me receive my $200 I call in to metro they said I’m not eligible for promotion after I called and check in with store and customer service everything was done correct they sent me confirmations and everything and they just robbed me out 3 months of service. All they had to say was “it looks like you activated your phone with customer service” when customer service told me to buy a sim from store because online doesn’t give you a option to buy a sim. Meanwhile I’m doing all of this inside of the location on speaker because I was using WiFi till my phone got activated as I go through all the steps online ... MORAL OF STORY DONT GO TO METRO (BIG SCAMMERS) go to CRICKET if you can’t go to major company and as well THE ONLY REASON I CAME TO METRO was for those PROMOTIONS and I forgot about the 200 until I ran across the internet millions of people BEING SCAMMED of this promotion PLEASE look up these articles if you think I’m lying Would give ZERO stars if could the whole company can burn in hell will never get a cent from me ever again and I had metro years years back for like 4 years and I see things haven’t changed

I have been to a lot and yrs ago was a technician. ... Take care of your phone cause it can be ez to replace or a nightmare.. this and other metro stores are just based on the person who helps you ... It's a boring job but they are so indifferent.!!..

Do not buy your screen protector from here. Apparently it is normal for screen protectors to crack across the entire surface (three days after purchase) from minimal contact with “objects”. They will not refund or replace them, but will sell you a defective screen protector.
