As with most Marshall's, the place is VERY DUSTY; each and EVERY time, that I leave ANY Marshall's...my nasal passages are CLEAR when I walk in and VERY CONGESTED, ?? when I leave!!!!

The fitting rooms at this location seriously need to be deep cleaned and sanitized! They smell TERRIBLE and the floors, mirrors, walls, and chairs are covered in so much dust and hair. The floors are slippery because it seems like someone sprayed something to try to cover the terrible smell in there and it left a greasy film on the floors mixed with all the dust and hair from people. It makes me not want to purchase any clothes from this location and I will never try anything on at this location again. Seriously disgusting.

I will never again shop at Marshall's, despite being a long time customer. This happened during the X-mas shopping season 2023 at the Mansfield, TX store. I hadn't found any gifts this particular trip but I did pick up a personal item. Stood in the long holiday line for 40 minutes, got to the register and the checker commented "This isn't right" and walked away without explanation, leaving me puzzled. Came back with a manager and, long story short, said they had apparently priced the item wrong. He literally stuck a new price tag over the the old one...a the register...and rang it up, expecting payment. Are you kidding me, who does that?!? To make matters worse, when I complained to corporate they blindly defended the manager with a standard scripted reply that showed me they hadn't even bothered to read my complaint. I did feel a little better when the lady behind me in line, with whom I'd been having a pleasant conversation while waiting, promptly pushed her full buggy to the side and walked out as well. Ed
