Today we decided to go into lowes to start pricing out things for home renovations. Juan Castillo, "M" from the paint department, and a woman (I can't remember her name) who had a LOT of pins and such on her vest and talked to us in the carpet department. Everyone was awesome and helpful and had good suggestions.

Lowe's is a really good place to shop. But the staff's are mostly unfriendly, that's why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Their return policy is good. They don't give you a hard time...returning or exchanging.

staff are always friendly. a little busy on weekends, but you would expect that. the new self-checkout arrangement is a lot better than the old.
