I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is.I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful. My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.

Lowes is always my go to spot for home needs. This one's smaller than the one back home. House plant section is crazy small. Didn't really browse the rest of the store. Just hit it looking for plant items. Had why we needed and off we went.

The only thing going for this place is it has a better more non-contractor selection of fixtures than Home Depot. It only has a slightly better customer service ratio during non-weekday daytime hours. HOWEVER, the returning anything here at all is a complete s*** show. The customer reps hate each other so much they would rather a customer wait 30 minutes for an answer rather than talk to each other.

I hope I can give this Lowe's zero stars. The customer service is awful. Nobody wants to help you, and they act as though their customers are a nuisance.

This location went above and beyond to help with my Christmas tree selection. Travis didn't punt to "another" department but jumped in to help me when the " tree guy" was busy elsewhere. 3 other employees including 2 gals at register #10 helped this whole process. Seamless. Refreshing in this day of "do it yourself" service. Thank you !

First the good. The store has everything under the sun that an amateur could use to mess up a home project. The staff in some parts of the store are pretty d**** LOL! Sad but true. Went to the appliance area to make a big purchase, and to my, our surprise, nobody was there to help. There was one person waiting to have a delivery, and another person just waiting. They said lows always does this. So, 45 minutes later, somebody decides to help us. Gee, back in my day, we were paid a fraction of what these spoiled, whiny, overpaid Mellinals have, and we feared for losing our job by some j*** above us. Must be nice to collect a check a check and screw off. Second, they baited and switched their products. You think you are finding a deal, until you see the product you need, needing to add more expensive parts to make it work. Pitiful. Low's needs to work on customer courtesy and sell complete products. Bait and switch...I loved my college level business 101.

My one stop shop to get 'er done!! Being a Desert Shield/Storm Vet, I appreciate their appreciation for those that have served. Had to get some new Stars and Stripes for the car display today, I knew exactly where to go!!

It's Lowes. While there's not a ton to say about a big box hardware store, I do have to say this was a quality experience. I came into Lowes needing lawn care equipment, namely a lawnmower, a weed eater and a leaf blower. They had all of the above and in a set, which made it particularly attractive. I was able to find a mower, weed eater and leaf blower that share a common battery for a very reasonable price and all got good reviews. I have since been very happy with them and would buy the Kobalt brand again for sure. While I didn't need specific help, I was asked several times by associates if I needed it and all were very friendly and professional. Overall, I would say I prefer Lowes to some of the other big box retailers and would definitely come back to this location.

This is my store! I come here all the time. Everyone seems very friendly. The curbside fulfillment is an easy option. They put in our hardwood floors. They delivered our refrigerator. Yup, It seems I'm here all the time.

I called so many times for the pro desk and it kept switching back to customer service and every time someone was just rude and care less about the fact that no one was helping me at all. Half the day I kept calling before I finally could even talk to someone and even though they answered my question it was like they didn't have time to help even more and hung up ever so rudely. So far every time I have been there people aren't friendly, they act as if they just don't have time for you at all.

I was in the returns area and could hear Walter in the paint department yelling at another employee. This was pretty upsetting to hear in a place of business. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that at work.

This is the worst Lowe's location I've ever been to. I refuse to go here anymore and now go to the Southlake location. They are always short staffed, have a ridiculously long line for customer service and returns, and I waited 30+ minutes for a curbside pick up order.

Poor customer service in-store, that is if you can find someone to help you. Department and store managers phones ring and ring and nobody answers. If Lowe's wants business, it better get it's act together and be customer friendly. Management of the store seems to have reached the level of incompetence. REMEMBER CUSTOMERS VOTE WITH THEIR FEET!

This is my Lowe's of choice anytime I need drillbits sawblades or any type of hardware. The associate James Allen is so helpful kind respectful and efficient. If you need some hardware go over to the Lowe's on Glade and ask for James Allen! Thank you James for all your help

Well the decking I was promised today didn't come. I can't abide a liar. I expect to live another 20-30 years. This location will miss out on sales to me. I've spent about ?'$1,500 at this Lowe's in the late 5 days. I'll never, ever be back. How much will they lose out on over the next 20-30 years. Again I can't abide a liar and won't deal with one.
