My stay was great. The staff was accommodating and helpful. This location is conveniently located near the airport. DoorDash is a convenient tool to use while staying here, there are not many restaurants within walking distance.Safety: I felt safe!

Don't know what airport view they are talking about on the first floor and no visible airport in sight but the rooms are decent and the bed is comfortable. The TV's are large and appear to be smart tvs. The pool area did smell heavily of chlorine and it looks as if the hot tub is not in service. Also there is construction being done right above it with holes cut out of the ceiling. Don't know what that's about

Stayed here a few days ago and day one was fine. Our first room, the phone didn't work and the AC was leaking water so they changed our room. It looked clean at first, however I grabbed something off the TV stand/dresser and something crawled. It was a roach and then we kept seeing small roaches after. If you stay here, DO NOT put your belongings in the dresser! We didn't, but imagine if we did. The roaches seemed to just stay in that one area. But we were so on edge til we left.

I booked my room because it said it would sleep 5. Well, I’m checking in and everything in my brain is screaming go check your room before bring your kids in. I go check the room, nothing but 1 bed. So I proceed to go downstairs and explain that my room says it sleeps 5 but the room given couldn’t possibly sleep 5. Man at desk said ‘well if you didn’t book an executive suite than it won’t,’ at this point I’m looking at him in disbelief and he then says ‘I can cancel the room if you’d like’ but we’d been looking for close to na hour and settled on this so I said no. I go out to talk to everyone and we agreed we’d figure out how to make it work. We grab allll our things, extra blankets, pillows etc. get up to the room. Room key is no longer working. Go down to get a new one. Come back up. Open the door, and this LARGE DUDE, is just hanging out on the floor. Thing is so big you can literally see it’s eyeballs.Have fun and goodnight ?

We have stayed here a number of times with varying results. First time there was a mixup with our reservation which cost us double. Counter help promised to look Into it but she lied. Next day, she had no idea what I was talking about. Lying is a big baddie. Then we stayed at the BW nearby. Then came back here. LaQuinta is cheaper. Nice indoor pool. Spa not very hot. Good breakfast. Room is too dark. But we slept well. Generally, more good than bad.

Loved this hotel! The price is great for all that they offer. I was able to be picked up from the airport as well as be shuttled to my interview the morning after my stay. They also offer breakfast in the morning which is a huge plus as well. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the DFW area.

Nice stay, clean rooms, great breakfast.I asked multiple times what time do they close the pools both times got told 10PM we arrived a little closer to 10:59PM and there was kids in the pools being loud which I didn’t think it was fair at all for my kids when told 10pm is closing time for the pools then at 8:30AM my son and me ate breakfast then headed to pools to find out they got locked out front desk doesn’t even damn keys to open until housekeeping comes which again was not fair since got this hotel more for the indoor pool! She did advised she can extended checkout time for us but we were ready to leave by 11AM smh

Overall a wonderful place to stay my only issues was the internet was cutting out every 30 minutes and I waited for 1 and a half hours for the shuttle from the airport and it never arrived so I ended up calling a Uber. Other than that staff was wonderful, the women at the front counter was amazing at multitasking from the many calls she was taking+getting me to my room. And the man that was able to fix my room card that was being faulty the next morning.
