We have shopped here for 7 years but I can no longer recommend it. I placed a pickup order earlier, received confirmation and reminder emails, & went to pick up my order at the appointed time. It had inexplicably been cancelled. Not by me! But by someone at Kroger. No one was at ClickList at 8:20pm, despite the pickup window being 8-9pm. No one called, texted, or emailed me that my order was cancelled. I then had to spend 2 hours shopping with my 7 year old, because the food items were time-sensitive (their suggestion to "just place another order tomorrow" wasn't helpful). I'm in a great deal of physical pain this week... the whole reason for the pickup order in the first place! By the end, my husband had to drive up to the store to help me push the carts and load stuff. It was an unnecessary ordeal. The manager felt bad and gave a small discount, but no one really seemed to own that this is a huge issue. The customer "service" is lacking. No one in charge of the pickup area, when you call the # through the app you just get an automated answer, no real person. Sorry Kroger, just spent a final $400 tonight, but you've lost my business.

Just don't come here for pickup. I live 7 mins away stood parking for pickup for over 30mins. I saw the drop off person ONCE since pulling in. All 6 lanes are taken. I had to wait for this one on top of that I'll be going out for pick up in Southlake from now on

Once again, I got a can of undercooked vegs. and had to throw them out- This time small english peas this appears to be a recurring problem for them! All have been Kroger brand vegs. all undercooked!!!

The worst Customer Service I've had to deal with in a long time. The money center opens at 8 yet I waited 15 minutes and not one person came over to the money center to assist me. I had to approach two different employees and ask if anyone was working this area or when I would be able to get a money order to which an employee Nora told me that although the money center opens at eight, the lady who runs it had to go to the fuel center and she'll be back. I asked her if she'd be back within five minutes and Nora said she would meanwhile two other people come and got in line and no one comes over to help us. I approach another cashier and ask her if someone can please assist us to which, then she pages Customer Service, and no one comes. I'll definitely go to Albertsons from now on.

It seems like every time I go in every line is backed all the way up into each aisle. If you're not going to have people checking out at regular registers, then have more of the self checkout registers open. I went in for 5 items and it took me 30 minutes to get in and out. That is insane!

It's currently 10am and I parked at 9:20 for my grocery pick up. This was my first and last time using this service at this store. I have 2 children under 3 so it's difficult to go in and out of stores, hence the reason I do pick up. This store took 40 minutes to bring my things so I had to take the kids out of the car and go inside to find out what was going on since no one answers the phone. They said "I don't know what's going on. I haven't even seen *name.* Just one of those days." What??? Just one of those days? They couldn't care less. Finally, I ran out when I saw the pick up worker with the cart in the parking lot. I said, "wait!" And he had the BIGGEST attitude. He was ANNOYED with me because I wasn't at my car when he decided to come out as if I wasn't carrying around my children looking for him! Outrageous! No greeting! No apologies! Nothing! Super rude, super unprofessional and we won't be back. Let's hope my order is correct.

I'd give no stars if I could. I hate going to this location but I live close by and will go if I have to make a quick trip for a few things. The entrance area where the carts are located ( if you are lucky there are carts there - rarity) is f FILTHY. The Carpet is stained, the area has litter and trash on the floor and the few carts are stuck together for eternity and almost all will have trash inside them. NEVER cart wipes. The store today as usual was dirty, there was only one check out with cashier with a line. I went through the self Checklut which I don't like doing when I have produce. Often the produce isn't in the system correctly so you have to wait to the assistant. Today, there were lots of large flies in the self checkout area. gross.. it wouldn't be a bad store if it was CLEANER. Get rid of stained carpet, clean the entrance area, clean the trash out of the carts. Resupply the cart wipes as the carts are gross. ugh. not my first choice. Does a manager ever walk around and see these things ?

I was checking out and was in line behind two people and was waiting for five minutes in this checkout line when the clerk told me (after waiting five minutes) that she was closing at six p.m. and she would not be able to help me and told me to go to either the next line with a checker or a self-check out line. This was after work on a Monday and they only had two checkers and when six pm came, they only had one checker. The woman who was directly in front of me told the clerk it wasn't fair to tell everyone behind her to go to another line after they've been in line for five minutes. The clerk, she said, should've just shut her light off and closed the lane to new customers. I then went to a self-check out, waiting for five minutes, and then pulled up to a terminal and was ready to scan, and I saw the screen was black. I asked the self-check out worker if it was broken and she said yes. I asked why they didn't have a sign saying it wasn't working. Her reply, "I don't have anything to write on." For goodness sakes, she was standing next to the customer service desk. Sheer stupidity. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Kroger has pathetic customer service.

As far as Krogers goes this one is ok. I've been staying nearby for business for a few weeks and come here for some staples. The grocery carts are kind of a crapshoot, some have the brakes engaged, some kind of roll straight, the smaller more efficient carts seem incredibly hard to find. I like those but good luck finding one. The store layout is like any grocery store. Healthyish items around the perimeter, less so in the middle. I found the times I was there seemed to be in restocking mode. Lots of boxes in the aisles, many employees or contractors stocking shelves making it hard to move about the store. I didn't find some things I wanted to buy as a result. Checkout was awkward as I chose self checkout and an employee was trying to clock in. No offense to her, but she was having trouble as such the self checkout process was longer. I get it, but this Kroger seemed lacking in several areas.

I AM OUTRAGED. I went to kroger to get yogurt for my mom because she has cancer and can't eat hard foods right now. Nasir Allah came up to me and told me word for word "get your fat , pimpled ass out of here" i told him no i have every right to be here. He threatened me and i left in tears. I looked for a manager but couldn't find one. He does not deserve to work there, it was the worst experience in my life. I'm traumatized

Here's the tea. I left a bad review on Albertsons because the manager and cashiers there are rude as hell and threw my stuff at me to get me to leave faster. So I decided to go to their opponent grocery store and leave a good review with 5 stars. F u Albertsons Kroger has my heart
