Absolutely unprofessional. There was three other women in the room while I was on the chair just hanging around. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Then the lady doing the eyebrows did not know what she was doing. Terrible experience. Don’t come here.

The one thing that will make me reconsider coming here is the fact that the restrooms are always nasty. I avoid public restroom as much as possible but sometimes it's impossible. Please do better, it's been like this for as long as I've come here, which has been a few years now.

Eyebrows turned out good, but what a pain it was. Literally 30 min for a clean up and now I got scabs on my eyelids from the burns. It was torture. Nice ladies but seem new to the threading game.

She left bald spot on my brow and told me that the reason was my eyebrow. Funny that I've never had a bald spot until she managed to ruin my new year.
Terrible customer service, I will not be returning.
