I've used this facility 4 times and candidly, it's a hit and miss affair. I actually have had a great experience with the type of service offered and it's a great price... when you're fortunate enough to find a wash station that actually works.
Unfortunately, it seems each time I come here I find yet another piece of equipment that is either not functioning properly or it's simply broken.
A moment ago, I foolishly deposited $5 into the bill slot and then discovered that the dial nob was missing, which meant I could not choose the appropriate wash cycle setting.
In a slightly similar situation a few weeks ago, I called the number listed on the back door (which states that if you have a problem with the equipment, call the number shown for this location and someone will contact you). Unfortunately, that was over a month ago and surprise-surprise, no one has contacted me as of this posting.
So in summary, don't waste your time or your money. Find a self-carwash that works.

Credit card machine charge me 10 dollars and just turn off out of nowhere then I switch
spot and brush wasn’t working neither the water. I call the guy like 4 times never answer I left voicemail and still haven’t heard anything.

took my car here to rinde off road debris, Machines were easy to use and I was able to get in and out pretty quick, but the water that is used smells awfully of dirt and sewage, I wouldn’t really use this car wash normally I would look elsewhere

I visited here recently and 4 bays took my quarters. After I composed myself I inserted a dollar to get a car wash coin and that also took my token so $5 down the drain when I visited this car wash. Very sketchy

Pros:
Convenient location
Not crowded
Cons:
Machines don’t work often.
Today one machine didn’t accept quarters and the suction on the second machine was very low.

The vacuum machine took my money. There's no attendant on duty to help me. The vacuum machine light does NOT indicate that the machine is out of service. Go somewhere else!

As it seems with all Joan's Car Washes the past year, this one has also lost its luster. It's great that at least some of the wash bays accept credit cards, but why not the vacuums? The water pressure is pretty low and during my visit there was no wax or 3 coat conditioner. It's a shame because this chain of car washes used to be my go to, but it won't be the case any longer.

I lost $10 trying to wash my car at a bay that is not working. Tried calling the number listed on the door for assistance - of course, no one answered and I have not gotten a call back either. I do not recommend this location!
