So no kwik car or local business would exchange my Interstate battery as they said they will test it but do t do exchange ges. Spoke to dallas location they referred Euless do to the hours and everything g went smooth from there. Ended up not able to return for several months and had a different friend go reutr there loaner to get exchange and the lady was so helpful and professional and ever so nice.

I bought a new battery from here a couple years back and it worked great, but then it started getting weak, so I took it to have it checked the rep tells me the battery is fine and thats its either my starter or alternator. I have seen these tactics many times employed to deny a warranty. I have a reputable shop that checked both items prior and clearly the issue was the battery. I havent the slightest clue why this is standard pactice with Interstate. I guess it will be better next time to just go OEM so I dint have to fight for a warranty exchange

I'm only two visits I've become really big fans of this place. My first visit I brought a non-interstate battery to them. They gave me a loaner battery while they trickle charged and tested mine overnight before declaring it healthy and charging me nothing.My most recent visit they again gave me a loaner battery and installed it for me while they test and charge my battery overnight.Great customer service mixed with a strong product is a five star recipe for success in my book.Interstate, I will be buying all my batteries from you moving forward!

I visited Interstate All Battery Center in Euless, TX to get a new battery for my truck. I was greeted by Kristen, who was very friendly and helpful. She checked my old battery and recommended the best option for my vehicle. She also explained the benefits of the Interstate brand and the warranty policy. I was very impressed by her service and knowledge. She made the whole process easy and hassle-free. Will not honor warranty. Dead 23 month old battery allegedly "tested good". I have a feeling all batteries under warranty test good unless they don't even read a voltage. The battery was charged to just over 12 volts, but had no amps. Probably shouldn't have charged it first, but a mechanic made me wait while they tried to charge a battery once before honoring under warranty. If you want their batteries, go to Costco, and get the warranty through them. At least they're honest.
