“We're so grateful to Lowe's! We purchased a water tank during Memorial day weekend and had delivery scheduled until July. When the day came and we attempted to fit the water heater in our tight corner, we knew it was just a tad too big to make it fit. Being 2nd week of July and having the item unboxed we hoped for a return and a full refund. Ronald at customer service was very nice and told us he would do what he could to get us the full refund. He had to get his manager, John, involved and he granted us the refund. We're so relieved and thankful they worked with us, as we only had the tank in our possession for a week, but purchase was a month ago. Thank you!”
“I've been able to find just about everything I've needed when I've done some home improvement projects with plumbing, painting, yard work, fencing, and more. Lots of quality tools and equipment to choose from. A lot of the same, experienced employees have worked here a long time. They are super nice and helpful.
When my kids were little, they really enjoy the Kids Workshops. The ladies that handle the workshops are great with kids!
When it comes to fence wood, they often have a lot of crooked planks that really can't be used. You have to sift through the piles to get good pieces.
They have a key copying machine that is pretty easy to use, but I don't like the new key options available. I just wanted some plain key handles. What they have are too fancy for me.”

3000 Hwy 121, Euless“I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is. I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful. My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.”
“This is my "go-to" for all home needs. I am not sure there is a department I have not needed to visit at some time or another to accommodate our needs at home, inside and out. The isles are well thought out. Wide for passing with shopping baskets, the flow of one department into another, and rows of items positioned next to the rows of items that support them (i.e. paint brushes next to paint, or rakes and fertilizer next to plants). All staff are friendly and accommodating. Their general and vast knowledge combined make my life easier when I go not quite knowing just what it is I need for my project. This store is a staple for us”
