Had a terrible experience with the manger Linda at this location. Showed her a picture of the haircut I desired, and she did the total opposite. My hair was not cut correctly. I asked her to leave the length on top. She just started chopping it up and disregarded everything. I asked her to do. She wasn’t friendly and very standoffish She gave me prejudice vibes not nice when I called to let her know that my haircut was terrible and wasn’t pleased not once apologized. I would not recommend.

Alex was my stylist. I was very impressed with the cut Alex gave me, but was more impressed with his ability to hear me and listen to me. He went above and beyond and explained things to me in a manner that I could understand and learn too! Thank you Alex! I will come back to you!

This place is getting horrible as I’m experiencing, I checked in online got there at 7:15 pm and there were two ladies working.. the gray hair lady she called my name and kinda got the idea that she is not in a mood the way she called me, As soon as sat on the chair she asked me how do I want my hair to be done and I am a regular customer I ask her to pull my notes that I get every time, she saw my notes and I told her my hair is grown big and want cut an inch and my notes says half inch.. here she went on me and told that..I don’t do twice your hair cut.. she rudely asked me you half an inch or one inch… then I asked where is your other crew.. she said they left already because they don’t get enough tip..and she told I am here for dollar or two dollar tip..she didn’t even cut my hair and started talking about tip..I always tip them.. and I told her I will come back when they here and I left.. she will be going to screw my hair cut.. I’m glad I didn’t had one today and just to let management know today you have lost one regular customer. You better be careful before you hire this kinda unprofessional people… they better be professional enough and have enough patience to deal with customer…
Idk her name just to let the management know.. to identify her…(there were only two ladies the one with gray hair not the one with red hair)

LADIES DO NOT COME HERE!!! Linda was absolutely awful. I came in asking for curtain bangs and gave me normal straight across bangs. She had an off demeanor when interacting with me. When my husband was next she was kind and sweet even to the other male clients waiting there. I asked her to redo my “curtain bangs” since they were not curtain bangs I even showed her a picture and she continued to butcher my hair. She was rough with me the second time and pulled my hair and scraped my face while doing so. Linda is clearly bias towards her customers and I am extremely disappointed with her attitude and actions towards me. It’s obvious why she didn’t have a name tag on or her name remotely anywhere I had to get it from the receipt.

Stylist: Ana messed up my hair. Look tired and not welcoming. Also cut my hair very bad, uneven and messy. Had to go back to fix it and was not accepting it.bad service not going back. This has happened a few times previously as well. Enough for me. Last month same think happened with stylish name Stacy

Past 5 years I gotten the veteran discount. Over 25 visits. 1 particular employee always tries to tell me they don't offer one. I asked when they stopped, she said early this year. False, I've had multiple haircuts this year with the discount. Don't appreciate being lied to. Regardless, either give it or don't give it so I know where to take my business.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Linda today. From the very beginning, I could tell it was going to be a rough encounter. As soon as I walked in, I noticed Linda being quite agitated with another customer. This customer mentioned they had checked in online, but Linda immediately shot back with, “No, you haven’t.” When the customer insisted, Linda kept repeating, “No, you haven’t,” in an extremely argumentative tone. I’ve been in customer service for quite some time, and this is definitely not how you de-escalate a situation.
I hoped and prayed I wouldn’t be assigned to her, but of course, my luck ran out, and I was. When I sat down and tried to explain what I wanted, Linda’s exact response was, “I do not know what you are talking about,” and then she just started cutting my hair without even trying to understand. I pulled out my phone to show her a picture for reference, thinking it would help, but she rudely interrupted with, “That’s exactly what you want, right?” I was just starting to explain that I wanted some changes from the picture when she cut me off again, repeating, “So like the picture,” but with a tone that was even more irritated.
At this point, I was already feeling pretty frustrated, but I tried to stay calm. I said, “Okay, just continue what you are doing,” since it was clear she wasn’t going to listen to me. That’s when she snapped back with, “Nobody tells me what to do,” yanked the cover off me, and said she was assigning me to someone else. She was visibly frustrated and practically threw her hands up in exasperation.
This experience was beyond infuriating. Linda should not be in this line of business if she can’t handle being told what to do or if she can’t listen to her clients. This profession requires a level of patience and the ability to understand and meet customer needs, and she clearly lacks both. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated, and I sincerely hope management addresses this issue.
