The Manager at this store is blatantly disrespectful and treated me like a criminal all, because I wanted to exchange items I ordered online that were delivered to her store. The items were a gift and to make sure I bought them before they sold out I ordered online. I’ve never heard of this place until it was requested by my child for her Christmas gift, so when I noticed there was a store near me AFTER my online order I contacted customer service to cancel that order so I can buy in person. They were nice and advised to just exchange it once it arrives at the store. I called and talked to Tina the manager I believe her name is and she agreed. I went in the store that evening and purchased the items in person. Even that day she acted weird as if I wasn’t really wanted in her store and couldn’t even make eye contact. She agreed that when my order arrived there I would be contacted and can exchange for other items for my daughter. However, when I arrived yesterday to do just that she pretended she didn’t remember me, pretended like she couldn’t find my package or order in her system, accused me of trying to get my $ back to buy more $7 jewelry, accused me of trying to get free merchandise, accused me of receiving a refund from the company. Although, I not only pulled up my order confirmation receipt email, my shipped email, my tracking number email & 2 emails from her location saying it’s there & ready to be picked up. I read the emails to her & held my phone to show her & all she could say was “oh” while looking confused & stupid, but she continued to accuse me of trying to get over. She even denied the 2 emails that said my order was ready to be picked up were from there as if I emailed myself. She tried to charge me although she owed me $ back, since I only exchanged for 3 items & should’ve been issued a credit. She made discriminatory snobby remarks aloud in front of her cashier and patrons in line & shopping. She refused to refund me the difference, called customer service & then claimed they were closed so she will follow up with them (I don’t believe she called anyone & only did that with the phone to her ear as a scare tactic). Instead of processing my exchange and being done, she kept $12+ and said she’s not refunding me for shipping,. She demanded that I pull up my bank account to show her I’ve never received a refund, she slammed a pen & receipt on the counter & told me “I need you to sign this so I can follow up with cust service to make sure I’m not giving you free items that it shows we’ve given you a credit for!”. She sarcastically told me “go walk to hobdoddies to connect to the internet” while trying to refund my $ since their wifi wasn’t connecting. She gave me a gift card for $2.12 & sarcastically said “have a great dayyyyy!” After wasting 20+ mins of my day for what should’ve been a quick 5 minute transaction. I even pointed out to her that I had on a Pandora bracelet that without my charms cost more than everything I bought online and in person there, because she kept talking to me like I was trying to scam her out of some $7 pieces that’ll be green if they get wet. Hell 1 of my charms cost more. What sucks is I went with the intent to not only exchange the items since I’d already purchased them from her, but to also get a $100 gift card & other items for my daughter. Well guess what? She blew it by being an obvious racist. If you’re non Caucasian, love being treated like a criminal by all means shop at the Glade Park Francesca’s location Boutique 686 with the tall curly head weird lady who’s nice over the phone, but when she meets you in person & realizes your non Caucasian will show her true colors (no pun intended). However, if you work hard for your $, prefer to spend $ you’ve earned where you’re treated with respect, have dignity, if you are a law abiding citizen who shows the utmost respect to others & treat ppl the way you want to be treated then don’t waste your time going there. Sadden to think that Shelly could do absolutely nothing at the Glade Park location. Was gifted a pair of shoes, but realized later after my birthday they were both left footed. Not a complete pair. Basically was advised to throw them away because they were worthless and nothing she could do to fix the stores error of selling two left shoes. Seriously makes me wonder…

Trisha was so helpful yesterday, and her customer service was beyond amazing. The store was immaculate even though a lot of customers were shopping the BOGO clearance. I'll definitely be going back! Had such a pleasant experience and she was simply on top of everything. From ringing out on the register, to getting a fitting room ready for someone and making sure everyone is doing ok. Definitely recommend this location!! This is barely my second time shopping at Francesca's but the customer service definitely stood out this time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Katie was the nicest and most welcoming salesperson I’ve ever met in my life! She was very helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything... She also kept my daughter busy while I looked around for things. Every store needs to hire someone like her because it really makes a difference to have someone like that.
Btw, the staffs at Forever 21 could learn a thing or two from Katie esp with how professional, kind, polite, respectful, welcoming and friendly she is... Not snobby with their noses up in the air as if they’re better...

Awesome service. The ladies working there were super helpful. They got a dressing room started for me and made sure that I didn't have to hold onto the things I wanted to try on while I continued to shop. They made great recommendations, were super attentive, remembered my name, and were all around very nice.

Absolutely amazing service to the point where I am now writing my first google review. Caty and Kristen both made me feel insanely special by helping me select items that were perfect for my occasion. I literally had to do no shopping by myself, they chose everything while all I had to do was try it on. Because they’re style was so on point, I struggled to pick just one item, so I had to pick two. Thanks so much to these girls who helped what would have been a day trip turned into 30 minutes.
