Walmart has a terrible rep when it comes racial profiling b.men. Every time that I shop there they send one of their gatekeepers to post up near me or another b. man. Months ago I saw that I was being profiled by this one guy called Micah. I'm from a big city I know for sure what that is. one day I notice and witness Micah standing near me but I did not say anything but I knew that walmart text him to do so. The second time in the store Micah did it again and this time I asked him, do he work here and he said yes over at the bank. So I said let me open an account just to size him up'. He did a good job by opening my account up inspite of him not erasing by social from his clip board. So, 3 ago weeks I was talking to another bank rep and I let her know that how walmart targets and racial profile .men using all of its staff and near in house businesses to do so. She also, let micah know that I acknowledge the profiling. I went to the bank 2 weeks ago and I saw micah who then stepped behind me as I made a transaction to prove to me that he can still profile me and nothing is going to happen to him for doing so. Which l leads me to use this data as a building legal platform if this profiling continues. This will be the last warning.

Honestly I've used this bank for about 6 months to a year now and will most definitely be switching.They don't allow transfers between accounts past 9pm which is already inconvenient. Their app that they recommended using only works half the time the other half it does not show you even your balance on your account, it just gives you error messages after logging in, let alone if you need to transfer money at this time you are out of luck. I wouldn't be one to complain but this issue happens CONSTANTLY. Id say at least 1x every two weeks. On top of this, if you want to get a hold of an actual person at the bank, their automated system leaves you no choice but to come up their in person, it usually just hangs up on you after saying “goodbye” for anything besides using the automated system. On days that they are open it tells you the office is closed and to call back, highly frustrating.. Id say the only real reason to bank here is if you have no other choice, or other banks wont accept you.All of these statements have been consistent with what my sister has experienced who also banks with this bank and is looking to switch as well. The only thing that I can say as a positive is the employees are very friendly.

Been with them since 2015! Above and beyond exceptional customer service, I've never even known of banks to go to the links that they have!

This is the worst customer service, there is always issues they are still charging fees for everything they do NOT waive overdraft fees, you have to wait 20-40 mins on hold to speak with someone. If you go to the locations that is just as bad the locations in ARLINGTON TX 3 of the locations I have been too. All of them gets a 1 just for being there. I have sent emails filed reports and still same results. Do not bank with this bank

I've been to a few locations for this bank and this one blew me out the water.I needed a personal loan and they helped me unlike chase who doesn't offer personal loansI'm glad fcb is my secondary. Definitely recommend. And they pay early huge plus.

I had a horrible experience at BOA. These people came and found me in the aisles. So far ive had a great experience. The staff is so involved. I wish they had independent locations like a drive thru. Overall they treat you like family.I enjoy their environment always up beat.

Don’t bank with them. Look at their BBB ratings.? Christina was not professional and lacked a lot of knowledge. Definitely spoke to corporate about that and cleared up. Bank at navy federal instead ?

Angela and Ayushma were amazing they helped me get my account sorted and made sure everything was activated amazing team and they always positive and their smiles are contagious
