Staff could learn some patience and maybe it will make their day more enjoyable too. I walk in at 6:54. Just getting done from work myself and I needed to print some papers. I was never greeted when I walked in…only greeted with attitude that it was closing in 5 minutes and that I should have sent my codes from home. This person did not even know where I was coming from or the day I had. I knew that I would be fast. I would never stay somewhere past closing. It was offensive that he immediately thought I would. I was done and out of there by 6:59. That’s all I will say here because I am not a mean person and I know some people have bad days. No excuse to be rude though.

I arrived just before 1000am, I showed the employee that I had a package with the proper labeling
I just wanted to drop it off. He waved his hand and went about his business. Poor customer service.

I often pick up packages at this location. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. They frequently offer to carry packages out for me. Great place to do business!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! This location is extremely rude and they were livid that i actually retrieved my package of LIVE ANIMALS! First trip there they refused to give me MY package all because I misplaced my ID. I had every other form of Identification and when I asked what else I could provide they denied me. I called customer support and they said my partner could pick them up. He arrived to retrieve the package and again they wouldn’t release the package. I called again and was told I could take a utility bill and they would also tell that location to release my package to me. I went for the 3rd time and again they tried turning me away but I wasn’t leaving without my package. I called customer service and they told them to release the package to me. Do you think they did as they were told??? NOPE! They harassed their own customer service representative asking for every minor detail on the package as if I just made up a false call although I had my phone on speaker the entire time and they knew they’d lost insanely unnecessary battle. So after being told to give me my package they wanted to ask me for the photo of my ID that I tried showing them during my first visit 🤦🏻♀️ Well I left with my package but not without jumping through every single hoop they tried presenting me with. You guys suck!

I made this location my go to for AutoNation (Renee M.)printing needs for a long time. They have always accommodated my needs and wants. This time it was more then just printing and I needed it with in a few short hours, like 4 hours. Marco and Eddie made it happen! They not only made it happen they did it with patience understanding and empathy. They didn't over promise, but they over delivered on what I needed and not just one trip but there were three trips in the matter of two days to get everything I needed for an Executive conference. At one point I was at the conference center in Irving, Eddie called the store (118 John Carpenter Frwy)closest to where I was, sent them the file and explained what I needed. Albeit, it was only three things, but they were important and Shelby B. at that store was just as pleasant and accommodating as the other store. They made my urgency, detailed and quick turn around time a priority and did it with professionalism and kindness. Not only did they ever get frustrated with me, but they demonstrated this to all their customers. Patience and professionalism that exceeded any that I have seen anywhere in a very long time. The lines were long, the phones were ringing, the peoples requests were important to them and they never changed from being top notch. If you have an employee award that you give, all of these mentioned in the this need to be recognized and celebrated for a job well done. What they did can't be taught it's just who they are as people. They are shining stars in my book. I too work in a service business that CSI is so important and feedback matters. The exceptional feedback isn't often relayed, but want to make sure everyone that needs to know, knows this store is awesome!

I have had many great experience at this store. I’ve used it over the years. I remember when it first opened, I was in the store and saw the manager coaching a customer on how to make a resume—literally telling him to use the computer and he would help. It was a really great example that I have thought about for many years.
