Bubba used great basic common sense & logic to address problem onsite without need to load unit up and haul it in. Then, just for his peace of mind; chose to follow my drive for the next 40 miles to ensure unit was fully and safely operational.

I locked my keys in my car at the airport and thought it would be a long drawn out fiasco to find me and to my pleased surprise they were there and had me back in my car in less than 30 minutes! The driver was very polite and friendly. I was out of there and to work on time! Very satisfied with B&B.
