Horrible service I asked two different employees where a item was located one told me in the front and the other called someone on the headset. I was told to meet another employee in another area no one to be found.

We are from Costa Rica. I purchased golf clubs to bring to Costa Rica and the employee who assisted us told us that any of the boxes in the area will work. I grabbed a box and paid for the clubs. When I arrived to Costa Rica I found out the clubs were for left handed people. Customer service said there was nothing they could do about it. To return them is not an option since I’m in Costa Rica.

They did not honor the 20.00 coupon I signed up for because of the brand shoes I got. Why would you let someone sign up for a coupon and not honor the coupon. A coupon should cover all items no matter what the item is. This is like a false advertisement. There is nothing that states exclude this product, but the coupon was not honored at the store.

The cashier was rude today. He should not be working if you do not like serving customers. I don't care about triple double points. Duh! if you have side comments about the customer who is helping you pay your hourly wage. please keep it to yourself.

Customer service was terrible. Lady was so rude to my kids bc they were playing with a ball and there was 3 other people playing basketball in the isles? Why take the ball away from kids when the adults should know how to behave.

Friendly and clean, however I wish they still had all the sneakers out so you could try them on without having to ask an associate for sizes. They changed up the shoe section recently and keep everything in the back now.

This place sucks. It's like a set for Zombieland. Mostly empty and when you do happen upon a hiding employee, they don't want to be bothered. Nobody even at the front registers. I hope they go out of business soon.
