Attempted to purchase 93 gas on 5/7/22 at 11pm. There were no signs on the pump stating they were out of 93. I had only noticed that no fuel came out of the nozzle when removing it from my car, no drips from the nozzle and my gas fill was completely dry to the touch. I turned my car on(2015 Honda Fit with an electronic gas gauge as well as range feature) and it hadn't budged at all. It was still showing 7 miles remaining in the tank. I immediately went in to let the cashier know that they were out of 93 and asked if I could be refunded since I had paid cash or perhaps he could reactivate the pump so that I could just get 87. He called his manager and she said there was nothing they could do. Begrudgingly, I paid again in order to be able to pump 87. What else could I do when I've only got 7 miles left on my range? When pumping 87, fuel came out just as it normally should and upon turning my car on, the gauge instantly read quarter tank and showed a range of 85 miles. Absolutely appalling that I ended up paying $9 per gallon for gas at this location due to them being out of product. I will be contacting Valero and Circle K corporate until I get my refund as I have receipts and video showing all of this.

Very rude black female manager in the morning one of her pumps didn't work and she refused to move me so she sat here and pumped my vehicle for ever just so she couldn't help me and she refused to accept a valid coupon also kept touching my private property extremely rude and unprofessional do not come here

Didn't have regular pickles, but had spicy. Had a corn dog, almost got charged for a hot dog (pricier). Corn dogs were labeled jumbo, these were only halfway on the stick (small). No lids available to fit the drinks.

Worst Circle K ever. This placeisdirty, and employee work there are rude and unperfessional. Thier afternoon employee even flirt with boyfriend when customer walked in. If she don't want work, she should go to date, have fun and don't show up.

This a 24 hour store and it is only 10:14 pm. Sign on store door says closed until 6 am, however, there was a female store clerk sitting by the register just playing on her phone. If the store was really closed, nobody would be inside unless they were cleaning or stocking. Again, this a 24 hour store. Terrible and it seems to be getting more ghetto as time goes by.

Keeps being closed in the evening and overnight due to poor staffing. Used to not ever happen. Been happening frequently the last several months. Must be new management or owners. Time to find a new place to spend my money several times a week.

Was there last night. Poor customer service. Clerk berated me for not walking to her instead of the register. She was on her cell phone the whole time. Who ever the manager is should be fired.

Store at harwood and Fullerwiser refuse to sell items at posted sale prices. If you go to the other store at 360 they will. Better group of people too.
