“There's one in Arlington, both are a little pricey on most things in the store. It's like going to beauty school and getting your toes done. You might as well go to a real shop and get them done ( NEW) just break down and come off another $20. Now this is true on most things in the store. But every now and then you will find a cheapskate moment.???”

“Trisha was so helpful yesterday, and her customer service was beyond amazing. The store was immaculate even though a lot of customers were shopping the BOGO clearance. I'll definitely be going back! Had such a pleasant experience and she was simply on top of everything. From ringing out on the register, to getting a fitting room ready for someone and making sure everyone is doing ok. Definitely recommend this location!! This is barely my second time shopping at Francesca's but the customer service definitely stood out this time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I always thought I was not a BCF shopper but their kids clothing section is giving affordable brand names. Found a $24.00 3-piece Calvin Klein kids suit here which was a better buy than anything Kohls had. Shoe selection was not as exciting though.”
