I've taken my vehicles to Brakes Plus on Harwood multiple times for repairs, brakes and maintenance. Each time, Ashley and the crew were courteous and professional. They completed each of my jobs quickly and correctly at upfront competitive prices and with very little down time. They even offered courtesy rides for pick up and drop off. I have been extremely pleased with the work at this location and the staff at Brakes Plus.

Ashley and Logan were freaking amazing, literally the biggest help ever and very understanding. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, hats off to them!! Definitely coming back to them when I need help.!

Cannot recommended enough! Staff was very hospitable and accommodating. My car lost a bolt for the caliper and was not drivable so I towed my car to brakes plus and they were able to attach a new bolt and inspect my car free of charge! Thank you guys so much!

Excellent, personal service from the General Manager, Ashley. She took my call close to closing and had my car fixed in less than 10 minutes.The car’s plastic undercarriage was falling off and scraping while driving - not good!

Couldn’t be happier with this location. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and came in at my scheduled time. Upon arriving , I was greeted by the manager Ashley Morales who was very professional and attentive to my needs. She was very personal and knowledgeable and had an awesome personality for being the person to greet customers coming into her location. The service tech came out at the scheduled time for my oil change and pulled the car into the shop bay to start the service on time for my appointment. We all know , there’s many times when you schedule appointment’s and you arrive just to wait longer than you should. That was not the case here. Once the service was done , Ashley updated me on upcoming services that my vehicle will be needing and quoted me on things they would be able to provide.In short , Ashley and her team made a repeat customer out of me.

The service at this location is top tier. I went for a brake inspection, each employee that helped me explained the issues thoroughly and in plain English. They even take you to your vehicle to show you what the issues are and explain what is going on with your vehicle. The shop manager, Ashley, was very professional and helpful throughout the entire visit. I will definitely return for more car services in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My maroon Ford Fusion seemed to be going off the road a little bit due to alignment, and stopping here was the best thing I did.It's definitely the best Brakes Plus service I ever had. Took my car in today to have my brakes changed and rotors swapped... They did an amazing job for a good price. Ashley the GM was helpful and explained what I needed. I felt taken care of and that's a good thing because most car places feel like a scam. Overall great experience will definitely be returning!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience from the moment I walked in the door was superb. I was greeted by a warm friendly face. Ashley helped me right away and knew exactly what I was talking about when I didn't and suggested ideas that would benefit my car. I expected a huge bill, but thankfully I was with a team of people who weren't out to get my money. Thanks break plus for hiring efficient staff!

I went in yesterday because my car crapped out on me in the middle of the road. Several good samaritans helped me push my car to the nearest parking lot for safety. Luckily, I was within walking distance to this establishment. The lady at the front desk was so kind and got one of her mechanics (Superhero Caleb) to come out and look at my car. He helped me push my car all the way to the garage seeing it wouldn't start. They serviced it today, and kept me updated on the process. Thank you so much for providing great service!
