Wow, simply what a rude and unprofessional ladies. I didn’t make an appointment because it was not a requirement. I only needed a blow dry hairstyle and as I walk in one of the ladies is like what can I hekp ypu with and I proceeded to tell her and she went off to tell me they can’t help me, basically she denied service to me. She said all her stylists ate busy, all you have to do ma’am was just tell me please have a sit we can help you in a bit but she completely denied service, the salon wasn’t even busy only 2 people which were getting already attended. Im not sure if she thought I wanted it service right away or what but all she had to say is take a seat. Horrible experience, was looking forward to it based on the reviews. Not coming here again, please don’t believe when they say “walk ins welcome”.

This was my first time here, recommended by my Friend. Just to bad that He kept it to himself for so long. Incredible place and very friendly atmosphere. Love my highlights and perfect hair cut. Now I will pray, that my hair will grow little faster ?

I'm brand new to Texas and liked that this was is a locally owned shop and recently bought a house very close by. I called and had to leave a message which I did with what I wanted and name and number. A week went by and no return call. So I called again and the owner answered. She was booked for almost a month so I requested someone else. She asked another stylist (I think Sherri) who said she would have to check her book and call back. Cindy advised that she would call back within 30 minutes to schedule and I agreed. Another week has gone by and no call. No big loss as I'll find another place that wants a faithful customer every 6 weeks for highlite, lo-lite, cute and style. I just thought it was very unprofessional to not get any response and after 2 attempts by me going out of my way. I get the message they don't want the business
