We went there due to family emergency issue. I wanted to let you know that Greg Thrower was very pleasant , helpful and with a great banking knowledge. I highly recommend anyone who's going to book a appointment at this bank to book it with him! He was so gentle and kind. He is the 5 stars of the Chase. Ah! Also, the front managers were so kind as well. Everybody said "Hello" with smile. I love this branch!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Thrower at the Chase branch in Euless, TX, and we simply cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service he provided. From the moment we walked in, Greg greeted us with a warm smile and his friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease.

Well my mom just passed away in January this year. My brothers went to clear her name as she was the payee for my disable brother. Little to know the clerks at Chase gave them the run around. They even stopped my disable brothers checks from coming in. Four days later they still didn't help or support them. I finally told them to go back and close the account. With our support and money if Chase keeps this up the banks will close soon. With the staff they have awful! awful!! every customer will run out from all Chase banks. Please go to another bank.

If I could put a zero I would. This branch has one teller that was ridiculously rude to my son. I sent him to make a cash deposit for me because I am at work and could not. Not only did she say she could not do the deposit, when he called me to tell me and I asked to be put on speaker so I could talk to her #1 to understand why but she just walked off from him. Left me hanging as to why my deposit could not be made. I have never had to beg someone to take my money / deposit in my life. He didn’t ask for money back, a receipt…just here is my moms deposit slip from her checkbook and here is the cash. Rude rude. Her customer service skills are lacking. If my deposit could not have been made because my son name is not on my account - his DL has my address on it - he doesn’t need to be in my account in my opinion- then she could have had the decency to take my call via speaker like I asked to me instead of walking off. You my dear are rude. Trying to teach my son errands and how to do things /life skill things like make a banking deposit, you made it very weird.

Chase is happy to have your money. They are clueless and have no care at all about customer service. They have no drive through teller locations anywhere. If you cannot get out of your vehicle and stand in line for 30 minutes or more you cannot do any banking with Chase. Oh yes, Chase is happy to have your money. Please go die now.

I recently visited Chase Bank with the intention of opening an account. I was assisted by a personal banker named Marco. While he acknowledged that I met the criteria to open an account, he refused to do so based on his personal opinion about how I might use some of the account features. I found this to be highly unprofessional and discriminatory. When choosing a bank, I expect to be treated fairly and not be judged based on assumptions or personal biases. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and hope that no other potential customer has to experience what I did.

I go into this bank for work, and can't say enough about how great the employees are at this branch in Euless. I hope I don't leave anyone out: Twa Bee, Nonni, Jessy, Michelle, Celina and Travais are exceptionally efficient, professional and friendly. This a very well-run branch! The manager greets everyone with a smile and great humor. The efficiency and the atmosphere here is second to none.

Worse location ever. I had a meeting with a guy name Marco and he got to personal being all in my financial business, asking me personal questions about my spending habits not knowing my struggles. He made me feel uncomfortable going through my whole life of struggles waste of time and patience. Never going to that location again or want to have a meeting with a guy like him again.

From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and genuine customer service. The people who work here learn you name, and create an atmosphere that is rare and a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses. They get super-busy, but seem unruffled and extremely efficient and professional. I want to mention Nonni, Twa Bee, Jessy, Michelle, Celina and Travais for being so friendly and efficient. I almost certainly left someone out, but hopefully can update if I did. This is a very well-run branch, too!!! I love their new facility.
