I forgot my insulin pen at home while visiting Grapevine for the weekend. The pharmacist was either unable or unwilling to pull up my account. (Funny, the other CVS Pharmacy in town could locate my account quick and easy.). This pharmacist was like "sorry, not sorry. Sucks to be you." No, ma'am, you and your attitude suck.
