“Highly recommend this location! I needed to get my car fixed because someone rear ended me. I read the reviews, they worked with my insurance and the rental place and it was a seamless experience. I went there, dropped off my car, enterprise picked me up, picked up my rental and they were finished earlier than I thought so I came to Caliber, left my rental there and took my car. They took care of returning my rental for me, I didn’t need to bug a family member to help me through this process. Joshua was my service agent and he texted me throughout the whole process and gave me updates as my car was being worked on. Caliber gained a customer.”
“My windshield flew off on the highway while driving needed it fixed same day. He responded quickly when I reached out did not expect him to fix it same day within a matter of hours when I called. “Their pricing is fabulous!! The set up is efficient. Their waiting room leaves a lot to be desired. I'm giving them 4 stars because I had to go back and have them check my windshield after they installed it. There was a leak. The tech tried to convince me that the leak came from my moon roof. After going back and forth with him, he finally found the leak and replaced the entire windshield. I'll test it in a few days to see if the problem was solved.
I have 3 other cars to take in, once I see that the replaced windshield remains leak proof. They did offer me a discount for the 2nd car, and again, their prices are fabulous without the discount!”

“I love this place for oil changes! They are a very honest company and I love the chill seating area while you wait. They work very quickly I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. However, the last oil change I got I sent my mother and the price changed so I wasn’t sure if they put the right oil. They said it was still the same type which I hope is fine. They also said they only check levels on request only which I feel like they should do automatically.”

“Came across this shop as it is right behind where my family lives. Scheduling was very easy. The simplified pricing makes it easier of customers and for sure business operations. The service I was look for was Full Paint Protection Film (PPF). When the job was complete Mr Sharp talked to be about the business a bit and how the work is done. He made sure I understood warranty and insurance claims along with proper care for the materials. I also noticed on a car that already has graphics they go out of their time to make sure the PPF sits on the graphics instead of 'over the side' so there are no air bubbles. Much much appreciated.I was scheduled to pick up my car Friday evening but a severe storm came through, like it does, and he offered to leave my car there till Monday which was kind. Thank you.”

“They've done a lot of work on my 66 Mustang and it's always been satisfactory!! They've replaced the carpet and some other items in interior. Their prices are reasonable and now they have to be a little quicker because their new place is not as big and they move things through quickly. I must say that I never have any issues with the speed of their work. They did a splendid job replacing the headliner. They have saved me money with their suggestions about materials and items to use. I also want to add that they replaced my old interior with a Pony Interior. It looks great. “I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with Apple Glass that I had to do so. I'd broken a ceiling light panel and needed a replacement. Stopped in with my broken one hoping they could help.Though they didn't have such panels in stock, I was told where to buy one (HD) and was told that if I brought it back, they'd cut it to size for me. I purchased the panel and returned. They not only cut the panel but did so for no charge! I'll be using them for my glass and mirror needs going forward. Really nice folks....”
