Store was very nice and well kept in organized. Seem to have a very large selection of clothing and shoes. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and never saw one person and was not greeted either.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
I was looking forward to buying a Stetson to wear last night. I was helped by the STORE MANAGER who was an absolute tragic excuse of someone who works in retail. I asked about sizing, ect - she said “put it on your head & if it falls off, it’s too big.” I picked out the hat after picking through several stacks ($350 hats just thrown on a wall!!) & asked if she could fit it and steam. She was absolutely clueless on the process and had no idea when the next employee would be in. This lady was more focused on adding on sponges for the hat than selling the actual hat itself.
My husband had the best shopping experience at Cavenders in Hurst & we dropped another $400 this morning. I work in retail so appreciate challenges but this was next level horrid.

Do not shop here is LISA is working we did everything right she gave us the wrong size boot on purpose knowing it was close to closing time we came back to exchange and they would not and we got recommended here. I will now take my business somewhere else for not shop here because of LISA

Came Sunday to fix my husband's hat and they told us to be here Tuesday at 6pm that they would have someone to fix it well the person who supposed to fix it has rude attitude told me to wait a few minutes it's been 30 mins now he(Fernando) has been reminded about the hat and he just keeps saying that the machine is not ready yet come one 30 minutes here and not ready? I would give him a zero star if possible.

I came in to try and find new jeans and an outfit to match my red Tecovas. A.B. was prompt to ask if I needed help and I asked if she could give me her expertise. She helped me find multiple jeans to try on until I found the perfect ones. She was very sweet and helpful!! Despite how busy she was getting she was trying her best to assist. Thank you A.B. for helping me find my new fav pair of jeans!!! 😃

My husband tried on every boot in the store .... but ended up with a great comfortably boot! Our salesman, Matthew, was incredible! Professional, super helpful, and great personality. Great service! Recommend.

My husband and I went in for some nice boots. They have a huge selection. The young man who assisted us was helpful. He did his best to answer my husband's questions. If you're looking for boots and western wear, this is a great place to shop.
