Walked in and was welcomed/greeted super nicely by Emily she was so kind to help me get a dressing room and give me opinions on shorts and jeans I wanted to buy! Thank you Emily for making my shopping experience at boot barn a success!

Had a coupon for 15% off over 100.00. Cool ! I was never asked if I needed help so I asked a girl at the register about a hat size. Told me I don't know I'll have to ask the other lady there. The other lady ( manager I guess) never acknowledged me, no I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing ! I waited longer than I should have only because of the coupon. After ten minutes I left. I won't be back. This was my first and last dealing with Boot Barn. Nice store but HORRIBLE customer service.

Boot Barn offers a choice of boots, hats and clothing in the western style to dream of Europeans who have nothing comparable. It's a shame that the sellers don't have better control over their departments, you have to search a little but it's a treat

No big and tall selection. Asked the lady at the front desk if yall sold big and tall and was told no. I put my boots and wranglers back on the shelf. Now I'm on my way to the competition.
