“Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! “Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong.
