“I had a flat tire on my brand new jeep in the parking lot of this Grapevine store. I was not familiar with the scissor jack I had , on how to use it. Ali the night manager saved me by showing me how to use the jack & provided expert knowledge on changing my tire. He led me safely step by step on putting the spare tire on and getting me back on the road. “Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !”

“They open all the boxes before taking them out and they set aside the best to sell at a higher price...it's no joke unless you use a lot of what you find, but missing parts are sometimes useless, and people hoard everything as if it were the end of the world. once is good but the store lost the joke”

“They are always helpful and friendly, although the last time I was there, the guy tested my battery, and my alternator and told me my alternator was bad when it was in fact my battery that was no good. All I'm saying is get a second opinion just in case.

He made sure my car started and explained warranty.Awesome employee and I will return as I know he cares and takes care of his customers.”
“Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”
