If the apartment complex or land owners showed that they actually care for the residents versus secretly putting in unnecessary charges in the lease contract. This looks like fraud and only a lackadaisical person would not care that they are paying for the HOA community next to them. Who ever lives at this location. Have fun helping them with money laundering.

I live on the third floor and simply love my space! It is comfortable and homely. I barely hear my neighbors to the right or left. Took my children to the pool and they met new friends. The neighbors with dogs have been friendly even the furry neighbors are nice. You don't see that everywhere trust me. The location to the main freeways are great. I would highly recommend.I like to let the staff know thank you for helping me make this decision to move here you guys are amazing!

I’m in my last month at this beautiful complex, extremely bittersweet for me since I do really love it here. The amenities, maintenance & management was awesome the entire time I could not say better things about them. A few months ago some construction was started by the back gate & I’m not sure when they’ll be done but that was the only complaint I had!

My experience moving into Avenue 900 was so smooth and easy, thanks to Valerie! Valerie has great customer service and will go above and beyond for her tenants. She treats you more like a friend than a leasing agent sitting behind a desk signing contracts. I’m very much looking forward to seeing her in the office to ask a question, because I know she will help me with a smile and solve any problems for me.

Just moved here and it's been amazing neighbors so far are friendly even the furry neighbors are sweet. Jasmine and Valerie have been helpful with all questions. Property is beautiful clean and quite. I'm glad to call Avenue 900 home ?

Currently still residing at Avenue 900. We are miserable at our stay in Avenue 900, I would highly recommend not getting a unit on the 3rd floor. Here are some issues, not all.1. If you live on the 3rd floor there are very loud AC units that you can hear regardless if your personal AC is on or off. You will not be able to sleep at night. There is no fix for this issue, maintenance has attempted to fix the noise 7+ times now.2. The ACs do not cool well, especially in the summer. Our AC has broken down on a Saturday and maintenance did not fix until Monday.3. Emergency maintenance is not reliable. They have a commitment to be available within 45 minutes if there is an issue. Our AC broke down Saturday night and it was not fixed until Sunday. Our apartment unit reached temperatures above 95 degrees. We called multiple times on Sunday to request a fix and we were lied to multiple times that maintenance would be there to fix within the hour.4. Somewhat unsafe, my car was keyed causing $10,000 of repair damages. Avenue 900 will not assist you at all if there is an issue and will not provide any footage or follow up regarding these matters.5. This apartment complex charges us for a parcel locker fee because they use to have parcel lockers. They have replaced those with Fetch and charge us a mandatory fee whether you use fetch or not. Fetch is an unreliable service that has lost packages for me and will cancel your schedule deliveries without even notifying you. When joining, Valerie had told us fetch was so convenient to have for christmas because of packages being delivered during the holidays etc... Fetch doesn't even run for 2 weeks during the christmas holidays. Management has refused to acknowledge the shortcomings in Fetch and will act like all of us residents are crazy.6. The pool water is green. Maintenance works really hard and I appreciate them, but why is the pool water almost always green and only sometimes blue.7. We have lived here for 1 year and there may have been 3-4 resident events like Bingo or pool party. I don't participate much in these events, but other apartment complexes are much more involved with interacting and sponsoring events for their residents. I think the bingo night was sponsored by vallet trash in fact....so still not even greystar.8. The old and cheap coffee machine in the lounge with the pool table never has any cups, any sugar and sometime no pods. I've been told that management is worried that residents just take the pods back to their house. Not sure why they don't just remove the coffee machine all together, seems like such a tease.9. When I joined I was allowed to have 3 cars because we have 2 residents on the lease. Recently without any notice to change in policy, management now says we are only allowed 2 cars to be parked inside. I did not appreciated the policy change without any notice...Please see bullet 4

Great apartments and the staff is also awesome. I have been staying here for about 2 years now. Valerie, one of the staff, is awesome. She is very patient and pleasant to talk to. She listens to all the our concerns and makes sure she addresses them properly.

We lived in this apartment complex for three lease terms, during which recently gone through change of management and leasing staff during this time. In our first lease we lived in a 2 bed/2 bath second floor unit which we didn't necessarily have too many problems with until 6 months in when cracks started showing up in the wall and we discovered the door frames were stuffed with plastic bags. We took it to leasing who promoted us a larger unit at a somewhat reasonable price which we agreed to renew. We then were charged over $900 to replace the carpeting and "apparent" damages. When we moved into the larger unit, it was found to have unlevel flooring, poor HVAC/filtration (extremely dust collecting unit), and carpets that were stained by previous renters. We elected to try solving most issues on our own due to the lack of trust at this point. We were charged over $900 for damage repairs and moved into a unit where they had not replaced carpets and/or made proper repairs since the previous residents. Cabinetry falling apart, disgusting washer and dryer setup, we had to have the dishwasher replaced and the maintenance staff are nice but two months into the replacement the new dishwasher collapsed in its frame due to improper installation. The parking is terrible, covered and garages are over priced. Most of the time you find you have to park outside the gated complex. This complex also had a raid last year, on top of lots of screaming, arguments and disturbances. Out of allllll the shitty places I have lived before, this is one of the worst experiences dice had.

Great community and great staff. We love the apartment manager Carley and team. Have lived here over 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Any maintenance request are handled quickly by Randy and team. Highly recommend !!! Nothing but great things to stay

Just moved in and so far so great! Apartment is super nice and amenities are awesome as well! I want to give a shoutout to the front office they have been awesome and specifically Jasmine! My first time having to move somewhere on my own and She made sure I had everything I needed throughout the application process and answered all my questions or confusions I had almost immediately! Jasmine and all other staff members genuinely care and make the stressful moving process as easy as possible! Thank you guys!

So it’s 4 years later and let’s just say I loved my experience back in 2018-2019 living here. I moved back into another unit November 2022 last year. I want to thank Carlie for being just an amazing property manager. Literally anytime I come into the office she’s so pleasant and helpful! It truly helps has made living here amazing! I highly recommend anyone looking to live in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly kind souls as your leasing agents this is your new home!Avenue 900 was definitely a great place to live! From the moment I signed my lease I felt at home. I truly enjoyed living here it’s a clean and safe property, amazing neighborhood and quiet peaceful living! The staff were always kind and helpful if it were not for relocating for work I would have stayed another year! Again go see the girls that run this seamless property you won’t regret it! Thank you Carlee for always being so helpful and kind.
