I went in for a diagnostic check on a Thursday at lunch because my check engine light came on. I was told the wait could be up to 2 hours, and it would be better to drop it off the next morning. I took it elsewhere.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being serviced by Dylan!! He was a joy to work with!! I had an issue with my battery, Dylan assessed the situation and not only checked the battery, he then replaced the battery for me. And it was SUPER HOT yesterday, but Dylan didn't complain about the heat or anything. He was pleasant and made sure my car was good to go before he went back inside! Thank You So Much Dylan!! I appreciate you!

Highly recommend this place! My car wouldn’t start this morning due to a loose battery terminal. I went to Autozone and Josh was able to help me instantly. He fixed the issue in no time (3-5minutes), was extremely kind and helpful - all this just as a favor. Very thankful for meeting such a nice person as Josh and for coming across such a great place as this Autozone!

Joshua, Assistant Manager installed a new battery in my wife’s Lexus and it wasn’t easy with all the top layered protectors just to get to the battery. He didn’t hesitate, his customer service was over and beyond. Customer serviced has so declined in the last 5 years but not with Joshua, very refreshing from this customer.

i wish i could remember the name of the guy who helped me. i think his name tag said he was a sales manager of some sort. i have really unique wiper blades and he was able to find something that worked for my car and he put the wiper blades on for me in the pouring rain. so nice! thank you!
