The older gentleman mechanic was kind, he came out and explained the issue. Also coming from a woman, it often feels intimidating going to a mechanical shop on my own but the interaction I had with the 2 ladies at the front made me feel more comfortable.”

“I don't normally leave a review, but Craig and his crew at Mid- Cities Mustang deserve the best rating I could possibly give them. I am in the process of restoring my father's 1970 Mustang. I needed someone who would understand my love for this car and the sentimental value it held. I also, needed them to work with me on my limited budget and the necessity to have the car up and running ASAP. I saw the many positive reviews online and also word of mouth about the great work they do. It was all well deserved! When I spoke with Craig over the phone he was very kind and patient with me. I explained my situation to him and he took the time to come out and examine the condition of my car. He explained he had a number of cars waiting to get serviced at his shop, but he would see what he could do. Well, Mid-Cities Mustang came through for me. Eventually, Craig called me to come in so he can get an estimate on repairs and start working on my Mustang. His explanation for the work that needed to be done and the timeframe in which he could do it in made sense. Most importantly, the cost he quoted was honest and fare. I understood from the beginning that restoring a classic car was going to take time and money. The repairs would have to be done in stages, as Craig explained. In a timely manner, I am thrilled to say, Craig and his crew were able to get my Mustang drivable again. Hallelujah!!! THANK YOU so much Mid-Cities Mustang! “I was recommended here by coworkers, and both times I’ve had to bring my old car in they have been very thorough, honest and took very good care of my car. They make sure to double check everything and show you what they see, and when you come back in later they ask and make sure everything is continuing to run fine. I even heard a weird sound once and right when they were closing they told me to stop by to take a look at it. Turned out it was just a screw in my tire but the fact that they were about to close and still told me to stop by really said a lot. Ron the manager is very thorough and patient. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They also installed a wheel bearing at one point, which did not fix my problem so they fixed the other side and just charged me only for the one, not two, since they had started with the wrong side. It was strange sound from the axle area and they were trying to diagnose. So I got 2 wheel bearings for the price of 1 which was great. They even told me to hold onto my receipts and if a future mechanic ever tried to tell me I need a wheel bearing I can prove to them I had 2 new ones. I thought that was pretty cool. They work with you and have specials online you can apply to the total sometimes too. I’ve been to other mechanics nearby that just were shady, guessing at what the problem was and did not give me a good feeling overall. Often condescending and even calling me “honey or sweetheart” as I’m a woman. I have had none of that with this car shop, just professional business. They took excellent care of my mom and her old car as well.Services: Electrical repair”
