This is in response to the owners response below my review. As you read my review you’ll see how unethical my experience was, ah but then you’ll read the response from the owner and think, oh he’s doing the right thing. NOPE, not even a little. You see I emailed per the owners offer and guess what I got as a response. NOTHING, NO RESPONSE.No means no. Unethical charges!So my husband and I went into the is location to purchase a new phone and add it to our plan. The employee was friendly and helpful. We purchased the phone and added it to our plan. We have several phones on our plan and I’m very familiar with the process.I specifically requested NO insurance and NO upgrade charges. Together those charges are $20 per month. I don’t have those charges on any of my phone lines.Now, today I’m working on my budget for 2024 and reviewing all my expenses and the cellphone bill is not adding up. Sure enough the $20 was on the bill for the last 5 months. Shame on me for not noticing but I am getting my money back.So I just spent an hour on the phone to AT&T. I ended up getting my money back, $100. In addition, I paid off one of the phones and after doing the calculations, it cost them $84.78 in interest if we had just kept the monthly installments.My warning to anyone dealing with this location is to ensure what they say they are giving you is what is actually on your bill. Do not trust the unicorn and rainbows they throw at you.

I have been to a bunch of wireless phone stores both company stores and authorized resellers (even though they are not labeled as such on the store itself. You have to ask) But the store on 121 in Euless….is my favorite store by far. They know their company and they know their business. The part I liked best is that they are polite, professional and upbeat. They have time for you and will answer all of your questions. They don’t rush you or talk down to you. They are quick to explain and look up things if needed. Kevin, I think he is the Manager or an Asst Manager…is down to earth real !!! Again, doesn’t try and show you he is the manager…he is just polite, professional and willing to help in anyway he can. So glad I stopped in this store…it’s now my go to place for answers and accessories !!

Showed up to this store at 9:37am and the door was locked. Their posted hours are 9:00am-8:00pm. I called and was told they must be running late ?

I had to leave a review! I personally don’t like to deal with phone companies, but Jade helped me with choosing a new phone that was right for me. She was very helpful and honest about everything we asked. She even recommended a specific color which I love. It’s rare to find good customer service now days and she went above and beyond. She even gave me a call to let me know my phone was delivered to the store. So if you live around the Euless area and need to visit an att go to the Glade location and ask for Jade

What a fantastic experience at my location AT&T store! New iPhone 15 experience professionally handled by Sam (the Man) with a cover assist by Jade. New Christmas iPad? Roberto was the Man as well. Great great folks all the way around!

The staff at this location are fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took care of my family upgrades with great iPhone deals. Jade, Roberto, Gayashan and the rest of the team deserve praise and appreciation. Thanks y'all!

These people, ughhh! We go once a month to pay the bill in person for our disabled mother. We have to jump through hoops just to pay her bill. We aren't trying to change anything or purchase anything just pay her bill. It's such a hassle to pay mom's bill. Mom has Dementia and she is on a walker, she physically can't go in herself. They refuse to help me get her online payments set up for auto pay so we have to pay in person. Mom doesn't know or remember her AT&T email address that was tied to her account nor will they help us get it. It's the biggest hassle.

Trash, trash, trash! I came in & no one greeted me. I stood around for 15 minutes & got skipped. They seemed racist & only wanted to help Hispanic people as no one paid me any attention! I'll never go back!

The store associate was efficient he helped me upgrade my phone to the brand new Pixel and answered all my questions. Overall his service was a ten out ten .

Do not go to ATT. I’ve been moved into an apartment for a month and I still don’t have internet they’re charging me for!
