I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with Apple Glass that I had to do so. I'd broken a ceiling light panel and needed a replacement. Stopped in with my broken one hoping they could help.Though they didn't have such panels in stock, I was told where to buy one (HD) and was told that if I brought it back, they'd cut it to size for me. I purchased the panel and returned. They not only cut the panel but did so for no charge! I'll be using them for my glass and mirror needs going forward. Really nice folks....

This review is written from the prospective of a medium size Residential Construction Company that requires dealing with a glass company for all of our 20-30 walk in shower projects per Year. That being said, I have so many countless issues with every single Glass company of the past. Also usually takes 3 weeks to get made and installed.
To make things worse, those countless companies all fall short on communication if any at all.
I was thinking things were too good to be true when I was put in touch with Jake at Apple glass in Euless. Not only did I save 25-30% from what I usually pay, Jake had Sarah come out same day when he realized from a video I posted that I chose to install the hinged side opposite what I originally told him.. that also means that the Endo Shield ?️ protective coating was now on the UNBEKNOWNST to me… He saw this from a Video and took it upon himself to make sure they came out same day, FREE of charge, to make sure I was fully taken care of. THIS IS A CLEAR CUT example of going ABOVE & BEYOND…! So glad I finally have a glass company I can count on and continue growing with! Thank you Jake and Sarah- well done ??

Gorgeous and professional installation. They took careful measurements and even though our floor was uneven, the glass looks perfectly even. These people know what they're doing! 10/10 and would go to them again and again for anything glass.
