They were very quick, kind and patient! I didn’t have my HSA card activated and they gave me the time to activate it! Dr. Tran was very sweet, and explained everything she was doing and for what reason! Vanessa was amazing with helping me out with my frames and also gave me recommendations on frames and gave great advice on contacts for future reference!

Vanessa was super helpful! The screw on my glasses fell off so one of my lenses fell out therefore I came to get it fixed. She ended up fixing the entire glasses, cleaned it, tighten the other screws and everything. So thank you so much Vanessa!

The entire process was easy. Didn't have to wait long. The most important part of selecting frames and putting the order in was made an easy experience due to Charity. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. She even fixed my current glasses for me. She is an exceptional employee.

Very welcoming. Dezirae and Vanessa were very helpful to me. By me being my first time wearing glasses, they were very prompt of answering my questions. I'm very satisfied. I visited America's Best on 10/12/2024, so I'm very late of posting my experience there. Thanks yall America's Best family

Hello My name is Carol M. De’Myers I had an appointment at the America’s Best Euless Location. I truly had a wonderful and amazing time at this location. With the assistance of Ms.Dezirae, she was such a kind soul, she assisted me in every aspect necessary she made sure I had everything I needed as far as my prescription her being knowledgeable and her patience and courteousness and her kindness was such a blessing. It was a true pleasure to have encountered with Ms. Dezirae, I look forward to returning back to this location it is a great location to come too and feel comfortable to seek assistance and you get the most wonderful treatment. I would Love to say thank you so much for all your assistance, Ms. Dezirae you are amazing. I wish and hope to have another beautiful encounter again if I see you at the same location. Not long of a wait at all. The staff was very polite and nice and especially Dez she went beyond to help me and I hope they keep people like her in a nice establishment like Americas Best. Keep up the great work guys!! Definitely will see you guys again on my next eye visit.

I had an exceptional experience at America’s Best, thanks to the outstanding care provided by Dr. Tran. From the moment I sat down for my eye exam, Dr. Tran’s expertise and professionalism were evident. She took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that I understood my eye health and any changes in my vision.
What really stood out was Dr. Tran’s warm and compassionate approach. She genuinely cares about her patients' well-being and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve never felt so at ease during an eye exam, and her calm demeanor made the entire process stress-free.
Jocelyn was equally fantastic—helpful, friendly, and incredibly patient when it came to assisting me with choosing frames. She ensured that I found something stylish and functional, which made the whole experience even better.

I broke my only pair of glasses last night. I had an older prescription on an exact set of frames. I tried swapping out the lenses myself but feared I would break the other frames.
I dreaded having to go anywhere to get someone to swap out the lenses. Although reluctant, I decided to make my way to America's Best Contact & Glasses off of 121 in Euless. I expected to either wait a long time or worse yet, have them tell me that I needed to return after a few days.
I looked around the store after walking in and noticed that they had a few customers. I'm bound to get the hard sell, I thought. I approached the front desk and am immediately greeted by one of their smiling associates.
I explained the situation and without hesitation, she said, "oh yeah, I can help you with that." She took both pairs of glasses and pointed me in the direction of a chair. "Have a seat right there, I'll be with you shortly."
After a few moments, she sprays the lenses with a cleaner and brings them over to me. "All right, here you go."
How much do I owe you? "Oh, nothing at all." I ask for her name and she says, "My name's Vanessa. Just keep us in mind If you have any issues with your glasses, or if you need a new pair."
I hope that you treat this employee well. Vanessa has successfully gained a new customer, me. I'll also be sure to refer anyone else that asks for a recommendation. Vanessa has great people skills, is very personable, and most of all, is very helpful. Thank you Vanessa!
