Had a cool vibe. Was super clean. Staff was super friendly. There are PLENTY of shopping and restaurants in the area within walking distance. The area seems safe and it was quiet except for the early morning highway traffic.

It’s a good hotel but the wifi is terrible. If you’re staying here for business, good luck. Could not connect and at all and front desk merely stated “yeah the wifi sucks”. Unfortunate that management hasn’t sought to resolve this.

Got here at 1:30 in the morning and I am handicap with 3 pieces of luggage.
Got no help with the luggage
Got no help finding a taxi to get back to the airport in the morning!
Front desk was extremely rude and made no eye contact with me at all during my check in!!!! I will never come back to this hotel.

Rooms: Clean, modern decor, good condition (newer) minimalistic (feels like a dorm room; just the basics to get by).
Nearby activities: Convenient location with many stores and restaurants within walking distance
Noteworthy details: Pool has a lot of road noise and was green. Very bad wifi

Great location near the airport and lots of other things nearby. The property was clean and updated, the room was comfortable and the staff was excellent.
There are a number of great options for food across the street and many other options if you don't mind walking a little bit.
If I find myself in the area, I would stay here again.

This place was an ideal location. In a center with so many shops (Old Navy right next door), nice restaurants and Dave and Busters right behind it. Staff was incredible entire time; my remote was laggy and I called front desk and she was up to my room in less than 5 minutes. There were games like pool, big chess, and I saw other people playing connect 4. Aesthetically so nice throughout.
If I had to say one negative thing, I would say there is not continental breakfast. There is an option to buy breakfast type items from the little store area. We went to the Brunch District restaurant right near by and it was fantastic .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your event space coordinator, Kenneth Clemons. I had initially reached out to him on January 23, 2024, at 11:24 am, followed by subsequent attempts on January 25, 2024, at 11:52 am, and February 2, 2024, at 10:45 am, I had left a voicemail inquiring about your event space availability and pricing for my daughter’s high school graduation celebration.
After finally receiving a callback from Mr. Clemons on February 2, 2024, at 11:10 am, I was assured that he would promptly email me the necessary information regarding your event space availability and pricing. However, it is now February 19, 2024, and I have yet to receive any communication from Mr. Clemons or any other member of your team.
As you can imagine, this delay has caused significant stress and inconvenience for me and my family, as we are eager to secure a space for such an important milestone in our daughter’s life. This location was convenient for our family and friends that will be traveling from out of state. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Clemons is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.

Just had a most wonderful experience here. We got stuck here since 9pm last night and I wasn’t prepared to be in a hotel New Year’s Eve because of noise and craziness etc. Anyway this place was awesome!!! Very quiet and staffed by kind and helpful employees. There was no noise or commotion so I was able to rest until my next flight. It’s a really cute attractive place. I had been in many Alofts but this one is extra special.Tito happily drove me to Starbucks for coffee before taking me to the airport. Thank you Aloft!Just an update about a small problem. When I left for the airport I went before my coworkers and the lady at the desk (Sheresia) said she would tell everyone I went ahead. They were scheduled to leave the hotel at 7pm on a van we had scheduled the night before. Not only did Sheresia not say anything to anyone but there was no scheduled van available. They had to call a car service for my coworkers. Don’t know what happened because she told me she would let them know I already left and also the van driver assured me he would be driving them. This caused a lot of stress and confusion for my coworkers not knowing where I was. I even tried to call one of them before I left but the call went to the front desk and she transferred me (she said) but the line was busy. My coworker said she never used the phone. Anyway I really wish this hadn’t happened.

Best description of the rooms, like a dorm room, very minimalist.The van driver is a stand up guy, honest and hard working. Front desk, Mary, honest and friendly. Refreshing having staff who didn't make excuses for a problem. They acknowledged it and apologized and offered a solution. That's great employees. They made me will to come back!

With 'unplanned' vouchers from American, we overnight at this lovely accomodation on 12/8/23The place is spotless, spacious and modernThe staff including the nice lady preparing the rooms, are professional and helpfulThe shuttle driver Tobias, was amazingEfficient, friendly, courteous, thoughtful and kindHe safely drove us to DFW and thanked us for staying at Aloft!Where do you find these great folks? :)Please share with allThank you Tobias and staff!Mike and Johnny from Colorado
