I'm trying to determine if this store is in the business of watching Black people. I came to this store yesterday in my uniform, and I was being watched. There was a customer who needed help, but yet, three White women decided to watch me. I came here today just for bacon and am still being watched while customers need help. I always come to this store, but as of today, no more. Not every Black person steals.

Came to this Albertsons on 04/07/24 and was going to check out and the cashier (Wanda) seemed in a rush to get things over with. She hit me with the divider stick which I’m sure she didn’t mean but never apologized and she talked to me like I was not moving fast enough I ended up just throwing all my groceries into my reusable bag and when it came to paying idk if she canceled my rewards card but none of my coupons I had applied to anything. Then I went to customer service and the person there just said they were going to round my stuff to $25 and handed me $25 dollars. I don’t think I will return again or if I do I will be avoiding Wanda. She needs to train again.

The staff does not bother to mark the “WIC” approved items. Every single time is a hassle finding brands that are approved. I’ve called customer service directly at the store, I’ve had to ask several employees for help while I’m there because mostly anything isn’t marked, and they (employees) dont even know which items are approved, but even after I select the few WIC options I still had to pay out of pocket multiple times because they don’t update their system.
Eggs, Yogurt, Penut Butter, Cereal, are not marked. I bought 1 quart of milk with my WiC card that said it was WIC approved but I still paid for it out of pocket and I didn’t realized until after I got home. Also all the time their products say one price or on sale and after you pay it’s a different price. Very disappointing because this store is in walking distance from me, but they are forgetting that there’s Krogers across the street!!!!

Clerk, Wanda has the worst customer service skills ever. She refused service because the items were still in a carry basket (4 items) . She then put herself on break and walked around shaking her hips to eat lunch while I went to another register and the other employee had no issues taking items out of basket.

Seafood Dept, review.
I'm not a shopper of Alertsons, but I will visit when they're having a sale on something particular. This time around, they were having a sale on their crab legs. I couldn't pass up the deal, they were selling their crab legs at $5.99 a pound. I did have to download their app, and from there I was able to use the digital coupon.
I called ahead to verify the sale was still on and headed over when I got off of work. When I arrived, there was a fella in front of me who ordered his crab legs from the seafood case. When it was my turn to purchase, I was told I could not get them from the case and was directed to the packaged crab in the frozen section. The gentleman she served prior, mentioned and wanted to verify he was purchasing the crab that was $5.99 and she verified that was the case.
Because of this, I assumed she didn't want to bother with assisting me (probably due to the popularity of the sale) and instead, gave me the brush off. I like to pick my crabs to make sure they're fresh, thankfully, I was able to find a bag that met my criteria.
I feel Albertsons is overpriced, but when they have sales, they have incredible sales and for that reason, I'll stop by from time to time. The store was organized, clean, and neatly put together.

Rude cashiers all of a sudden. Never had this problem before. The last coupon times my husband has been to Albertsons he has been treated poorly and witnessed other customers being treated the same way. When asked for a manager, none were conveniently available.

The cashier was very rude (lady with pink solid a long, long nails) If they don’t like the job, lady go and find another one. The fruits and vegetables are always ripe, they don’t have enough products, ( the other local has better selection) looks like they only have one box of fruits for each week. They never have a fresh rolls, I don’t know how the store is still alive. Seriously please take care about the cashier and find friendly people
