Came here for an international driving permit. No appointment needed. Whole experience took 15 minutes - walked in, they took 2 passport photos of me ($15), I brought in the pre-filled application (just Google AAA IDP application), I paid with credit card (no additional fee), and then I walked out with my official international driving permit (no mailing or additional wait necessary) which lasts for one year. What a great experience!

terrible customer service, good luck being able to contact them after you sign up, numbers always redirect to "corporate" so you'll never get through.
Edit: they're better but you have to drive up to the building.

I came in for an international driving permit, and was delighted at how fast and professional everyone was. They got me in and out and taken care of very quickly. Excellent customer service by very nice staff members!

We paid $10,000 for a trip to Deadwood, SD, and then were told in the middle of the trip that the Insight Vacations tour guide decided to skip Deadwood, SD this trip. Are you kidding me???????

Don't know why so many people write terrible reviews for a location when they had a bad tow experience or something.... This location is very nice and polite helpful staff. Erica was super helpful getting my international drivers license done!!

AAA where are you? After riding 61 miles on the FWBA club ride from Glen Rose, John Humphreys and I headed for the car to go home and discovered a chunk of metal embedded in the tire. It was flat, and modern cars like the CRV Mona bought in the spring, do not come with any kind of spare, not even a doughnut. It does come with a can of sealant, but one of my friends let me know that if I put that in the tire it would not be fixable and I would have to buy a new tire. At that point we thought it was just a nail in the tire. John has AAA so he called them. They said it would be a couple of hours before anyone showed up. It was hot. It got to be 3 o'clock and no AAA. John tried calling them again and was on hold for 35 minutes. When John finally talked to AAA again they said it would be 5:30 before anyone got there. It was 6:15 when we arrived at the house. After a 15 minute transition John headed home, another 30+ minutes. By the way, the ride was spectacular. Well worth all the misery of the afternoon. No one was hurt. Nobody died. That's a good day. Update: the tow truck did show up at 10:27 last night, seven and a half hours after being promised and nine hours after the initial request. John received a text from a AAA representative at that time which said, "This is Stephen with Miller's towing looking for your vehicle please reply ASAP!!! I'm here where your vehicle pen point is." Although John cancelled the service call at approximately 6PM today, the tow truck hadn't heard.

I am officially done with AAA... They wanted me to renew and pay an extra $75 to get into my car for same fay service. Listen up , that is gouging a customer in a time of need and great stress while moving. Forget it
