Im very disappointed about this company, my battery had 3 years warranty now the battery failed before that warranty, I called to AAA Help and they told me can't get the warranty because I no customer of AAA anymore, Is very bad the warranty supost is over the item's not over the customer's. I was thinking pay my membership again but after this no way

I love using them for my insurance but they never answer the phone and it says on their website that they close at 5:30pm but they close at 5pm.
