No air conditioning so don't buy any chocolate here or it will be melted. Absolutely don't use the bathroom it is absolutely disgusting!!! Ben is your best customer service person but everyone else is horrible. They will keep u waiting while they finish their phone call or whatever they are doing on their phone. Worst 711 in the Metroplex!!! They do not take care of this store at all.

I have been going to the 7-Eleven location since I was six years old and the staff is always wonderful and they have delicious food and beverage that only 7-Eleven can produce. Shout out to all the amazing staff members and thank you for what you do for us every day.

Big guy with a nasty, rude attitude working the register this evening, I hope no one treats and looks at your mother, daughter, niece, aunt or wife (if you have one) the way you did me. May God teach you simple courtesy and respect, at your big age.

11:43 on 14 October, 2023. Card reader on register 1 not working for three months. The Indian employee there today (couldn’t catch his name) told me to use the touch function, which I told him did not work before. He snapped at me to do it, only for me to PROVE HIM WRONG. Then he snapped at me to swipe. Of course did not work. Remember, this has been a three month ordeal with that register and they STILL refuse to fix it. But instead of moving me to register 2, he snottily told me OUT LOUD in front of other customers, it was declined. Showed him that I have $2,000.00+ dollars in my account and made me REPEAT THE PROCESS on register 1 with the SAME OUTCOME! FIX YOUR STORE AND FIRE THAT EMPLOYEE!

Store is dirty, my coffee tasted and looked weird, not sure if the half and half was spoiled. I also attempted to buy a cheesecake bread item and they had a best by date of 2/14. One even had a huge ring of green mold. Yuck. They also were out of the raw sugar. The store is not properly maintained and just eew. The automatic coffee machine was out of service for most options, which also can be a sign of poor maintenance/cleaning of the machines. I decided to just throw my coffee out and purchase another elsewhere.

Amber is awesome always provides good customer service….but I think the heavier set young lady always on her phone Kelly I believe is what I was I told shouldn’t even job I have never in my life been checked out by somebody on their knees at the cash register I was baffled to say the least I’m not sure whether to be more shocked at the or Kelly’s rude looks and service apparently resting b**ch face is real bc she is exactly the disgusting opposite of what should be in customer service I drive by this store or walk out and go somewhere else if she’s working that day I refuse to deal w this fat slob

Very rough experience… I went in with my app to pay for gas, he didn't understand what I was trying to do and said it wouldn't work. Then I paid using my card which he said also didn't work. I went to the pump and did it myself, and everything worked. Extremely frustrated, will not be going back to this location.

The girl with the red/burgundy hair needs proper training on how to handle customers. I was treated like dirt, and I come here all the time. I won’t be returning, I’m filing a formal complaint. No one should be treated how she treated me today. Sad, because I really like this store.
