Don’t use this place. They will lye and cheat you out of your money. They changed me 200 bucks for service that was not provided. When I called them they refused to give me the money back

John was so nice and helpful! He answered all my questions, showed me a couple different units. Nice easy location to get to from my apartment. Yes, they've had break in to units, but criminal don't care if they have cameras or security. You run the risk even at your own place of someone breaking in. I've read the reviews, but John made it easier. Got the online price, because it was cheaper than doing it in the store. Go talk to John about the units. He's highly recommended and great manager.

Had been looking around for a climate controlled unit and came across Service King . They had one available immediately. Great unit , close to door , Just what I was looking for . John Showed it to me and it was a done deal . Great price The staff (John) was very polite , courteous, and very efficient in every thing I needed . I would not rent from any other place .

Our RV was broken into several weeks ago.They had not repaired their surveillance cameras that were not working.The security backgate has been left wide open for weeks. The motor coach next to us has been broken into this week. Its door glass window is shattered.

I came in today to inquire about a storage unit. The guy in the office I think his name is John was very nice and professional. He stated he is the new property manager. It’s hard to find nice people working these days. Because of this gentleman I will definitely be back.
