Walmart has gone down hill for customer service. Never any lanes open unless you want to self check out. Employees stand around talking and never seem to want to be bothered. Management needs to be looked at and costumer service training should be done at all levels.

I went to customer service this visit. Ladies were nice. Got me in and out. Got my refunds to go back on my card. Came here to accomplish exactly what I accomplished.

One of the better Wal-Mart's that I've been too. Not too much drama going on or craziness. Just a good place to go get groceries and any other little house hold items that you may need.

The self checkout Walmart employees will harass you say you did not pay when you did and then lie and watch the camera three times too say oh you did pay and to not apologize that is horrible customer service please get Rid of self checkout
