If I could leave no stars I would. I called the pharmacy to cancel my daughters prescription due to she won't be taking that medication no more and the guy that helped was just rude like he was upset because I didn't need that medication. Like sorry I will not return here!

STOP!! CVS is right across the street. Do not use this Walgreens for prescriptions!! They may take 36 hours or more to fill simple prescriptions and then not send notifications that they’ve filled it. They fill three month prescriptions one month at a time. Their pharmacy is closed during lunch hours which is the time many people may have the only opportunity to pick up prescriptions. I’ve used several other Walgreens locations with no issues. This one has had some issue or another EVERY time I’ve used them. Again, CVS is literally just across the street.

This location in Ennis is the slowest Pharmacy I have ever encountered. I believe a turtle moves faster in real-time. I don't get it; if you are short of help, hire some help. If you get your prescription filled here, you absolutely can not and will not get it the day the doctor calls in the medicine. you might get it the next day with big on the might.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. They were always rude with attitude. Waited on a prescription to be filled for 2 weeks. They told me they were having a hard time getting it. I could call other pharmacies but no one would likely have it. Told me another script had to be ordered because they didn't have that one either. It was needles for a diabetic insulin pen. Needles, you don't have basic items on stock in the pharmacy? I left and went to Walmart (not my favorite place). Both scripts were filled and ready within a few hours plus another 1 I needed that Walgreens didn't have.

Terrible Walgreens. Horrible customer service, and had to pay150 for prescription that is always 15 dollars. Don’t go.

I have all the symptoms of COVID -so I googled free COVID test near me and I went through the CDC website and scheduled a test for the following day, it was arranged for the Walgreens in Ennis. I made it to the appointment on time, and they refused to help me, they were only interested in trying to upsell me other tests that are $128 and even commenting that they still have the test, but I got the vibe that they were just interested in being lazy or trying to make a buck off of me.They would not even read the email I have for the appointment and were just trying to shoe me away and were extremely unhelpful.

Horrible service !!! People in the pharmacy is soooooo rude ... it looks like they are doing a huge favor refilling our prescription! Stay away from this pharmacy if you can ! I prefer to drive 1 hr to another one !

Review for corsicana location brookshire's is now Walgreens, so if you need med refilled, good luck, they take on more business when they can't handle what they have, same thing happened when they took on food one pharmacy, oh sorry sir we took on more business and your script will be days late, were not sure when, ughIf you can't handle more business then don't take it on, simple right, I guess not

Pharmacy needs new management! The guy that answers phone is very rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering him and rushes you off the phone. If you’re lucky and the girl answers she at least sounds like she cares and wants to help, but she is restricted to the poor management. If your hoping to pickup your script on the way yo work , think again they don’t open until 9:00 am and tell you it will be several hours before it’s ready, then they close at 1:30 in the afternoon for a lunch break, so this makes the only time a working person to be able to pick up scripts is in the evening, so when you go in the evening EVERYBODY shows up and they’re so busy you’re going to wait even longer. Obviously very understaffed and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other pharmacy than this location. You’ll thank me later.

I’m so glad I found this Walgreens! They are always fast and accurate in the Pharmacy. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes top! The pharmacy staff will call you personally about pick ups and drop offs. One of my first times in the store, a clerk helped me , talked to me and made me feel at home. Another time, the pharmacy staff called to ask if I wanted to come in for my flu and COVID 19 boosters. I’m very impressed! Such personalized service indeed!

The pharmacy is closed for lunch every weekday 1:30 to 2:00 coincidentally the same time the CVS right across the streets is too, which is also the most convenient time for me to visit, just another reason not to do business in Ennis

This review is for the pharmacy. If i could Give no stars i would, i have been trying to fill my prescriptions for two days now. First day i tried To pick up prescriptions i was Told they didn’t even have my prescriptions on file, went back the next day to see if everything was taken care of after speaking to my doctor and was told they could not fill my prescriptions because they didn’t have my insurance on file. I asked Person if i could Provide my insurance if info and her find it she told me no that she would need a bunch of number (all of my insurance information) which left me with having to leave once again without my medication.. get home to find my insurance card and get an automated call saying my prescriptions were filled and insurance was on file. So before driving back up there for a third time and being denied i called To make sure my meds were available and spoke to shaylee on the phone that insurance was on file and i owed An amount of $65 i then Asked if she had my secondary insurance on file and she placed me on hold to verify and came back to let me know both insurance were on file and there is no co pay that all prescriptions were able to be picked up at zero charge! I’m a bit upset at the performance of this facility!

It's clean and well lit. I like buying skin-care products here. They have a large selection. They also have really cute seasonal decor, my favorite Monster flavor, Fairlife milk and Bluebell ice cream. Easy to get in and out quickly.
