My first experience with this nail salon was really good. I was a walk-in and they were ok with that. Sophia is the lady that did my pedicure and she was great!

I am trying to find a good nail place since moving back to Ennis a couple of years ago. This is the only place I feel inclined to leave a bad review for. I’ve been twice and both times my nails (dip nails) had a messy residue left on my fingers. I eventually popped off the nails about a week later, both times. They felt weird, thick, and bumpy. Mind you, I have my nails done regularly, and never feel the need to take them off.

They weren't busy and I know why now. Greeted by a man and a calculator, then he yells at the ladies, then the lady that sits down almost burns your real nail off with a hand nail filer and asks you why you're so easy to hurt... Like huh? . Got a simple natural gel nail, paid $40 including tip. I always tip just because. And get home.. I'm peeling the gel polish off my hands and finger tips. Id say pick another spot. If you're in a hurry tho, you can get in and out

Only giving one star because you can’t give zero stars. They have ruined my daughter’s sr prom experience! She showed them a pic of her nails from a different salon and they said they could do it - my daughter questioned the color once it was put on one finger and she was told that it would end up like the pic. The nails look horrible- nothing like the pic and not to mention none are the same length or shape. Sent my daughter back to get them fixed and Tony will not fix the color without us paying for them all over again. Horrible customer service! Will never go back there and I warn anyone who does- be careful!

These gals do a nice job most of the time. The male owner can be grumpy sometimes but on the whole it's a nice experience.

I personally didn't like this shop. They only have a few techs who do acrylic, they mainly do dip which I found to be very surprising. I didn't like my toes due to her making my French tips too thick! After expressing that I didn't like it the tech became rude and nasty, she hit my cuticle with the drill after I said I didn't want the service anymore. At that point I made her stop told them I would pay and wouldn't return. I feel like this shop is for older women who may not be looking for newer designs or techniques. They also need to work on customer service.

Unfortunately, no good reviews for this place! It is terrible!! Have several nail technicians and even after they’ve finished with one customer and have plenty of time to get another customer…sorry! It won’t happen.
Apparently these people have preferences for customer’s with an appointment and I respect that, but to see taking one before you with no appointment… that is a big NO NO.

My fiancé went into the store with an appointment set and even arrived 15 minutes early just to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There were people who walked in with no appointment but were getting checked in before her. Very poor experience, what's the purpose of an appointment if people who don't have one get priority anyways.

After leaving top nails earlier I went to this salon. They were friendly and did beautiful work. The best massage I've ever had. Spent $83 here and will be back every time from now on.

So So disappointed on my nail set today.. i was cut twice, asked for almond shaped nails & got god knows whattt. friendly nail techs but forsure not returning.
