So, I JUST walked out and now writing this review ? came here to buy the iPhone 15, either trading in my Samsung or buying straight up bc I'm serious about it. Was told "I'll be right with you". Didn't ask me what I needed. Waited 10 min..left. okay then. Going to BestBuy in Waxahachie now ? just go there where the Professionals are, and they won't to to sell you packages of tablets and watches and what not.

Great experience with Antonio didn’t really get any WiFi until he reached out to me to let me know I could get WiFi now I get 5G WiFi and my phone doesn’t lose reception in the middle of nowhere big thanks to Antonio very good customer service 10/10

I started a business account with this location. The rep Eric L. is the absolute worse rep by far. He told me to call 611 for issues with my devices that are covered under warranty and go online to make claims. The only reason to go in the location is to buy stuff and pay bills they can’t help with anything. His answer to everything is I DONT KNOW

I love Verizon and I’ve been with Verizon since I was a kid on my parents plan. Now I’m on my own and Dominique made it easy to switch to my own plan.

Eric was so great in helping me transfer from metro to Verizon. Also helped perfectly with setting up my new iPhone 15! He explained the best plan fit for me in excellent detail and even got me a cup of ice cold water ! Definitely the place to go.
