Lost Package. Their system says they have it but they could not find it. Not a cheap package either. I am not thrilled. So I am now having to file a claim and who knows how long that's gonna take.

Worst post office and a carrier named GREG FRENCH is extremely rude and is careless with packages. He will throw them out of his window on to your driveway even if the package says fragile. SHAME ON YOU GREG FRENCH AND SHAME ON YOU USPS FOR KEEPING THESE PEOPLE EMPLOYED EVEN AFTER 100+ PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT GREG AND YOUR LACKLUSTER EMPLOYEES.

Whomever is delivering into the evening should be 1. Ashamed and 2. Reprimanded for being so careless with parcels. It is not Greg or Lisa (those two have been great so far)...someone else just threw a deliver out the window into our fence on 1181 while my husband was walking toward them. I understand they have a schedule to keep, but throwing items is unacceptable and as someone is walking up to them is just ballsy. If you don't care, find another role to fill that doesn't involve someone else's belongings.

I have lost 5 packages in the last year that I've lived here so far bc the drivers are incapable of delivering my packages to the correct address. They were not cheap packages either. If your neighborhood has all of the mailboxes in one spot then you can assume any packages and mail that get delivered to it will be put in the wrong box. I'm extremely disappointed. Do better!
They have also lost another package of ours over the last holiday bc they marked our package as delivered when it was indeed NOT delivered. We were told by an employee that the supervisor said to just mark it as delivered even though it was not. The reasoning was bc it was a holiday and they wanted to be done. After going back and forth with the employee, they admitted to delivering it to the WRONG house, and they had no idea where it ended up.

I had to report the courier a couple of weeks ago for leaving people’s boxes opened then for speeding! This time I’m reporting missing packages. This is becoming very common with mis-delivered packages or missing packages. Why!?
People pay for their items. People work hard for their items. We want our packages delivered and delivered correctly. I know this is not an easy job, but just like any job, we need to do it correctly. I imagine I would get fired from my company if I did a poor job on my reports and analyzed the data halfass. I manage the second largest account in my company. Just imagine if I did a poor job, how it would impact everything!?
So yes, it’s a job and by constantly putting packages in the wrong boxes, speeding, or leaving boxes opened for anyone to just take what they want does impact people in many ways.
So I really hope that someone will finally take these complaints seriously and do something about it.

When you call, it says they’re open from this time to this time and it tells you to stay on the line till someone answers it’ll ring about 10 times and then hang up on you. Nobody answers the phone here.

SO RUDE!! The guy wouldn’t let me borrow tape and was rude and told me I couldn’t use the tape because I wasn’t using priority shipping. But let the customer in front of me use it?! What kind of customer service is that!!! Do better USPS. The worst one I’ve ever been to.

My review is solely based on mail delivery!! I've had too many instances where my mail was put in the wrong mailbox. I've received others mail and packages. Good thing I'm a good person, I always take them their mail. Recently, Today to be exact. I have informed delivery so I see what's coming in. My package shows delivered in parcel. Go get the key, get a package, because there is one in there. Rip into it only to see that it's for the address across the street. So where is my package? I took the neighbor theirs. They had been looking for that package from a week before. I'm so upset!!

All the staff are very very kind and helpful. We had a passport application appointment for our 4 month old and they were very patient with the baby pictures. We also had to run home to get a missing document but
the lady took us in even though she was done taking appointments.
