Unprofessional. Tried to change my appointment that was on the books for 8 weeks to accommodate their booking error. Told me the other person wasn't able to change!! They tried to change things around after I refused when there never should have been any question about who to move in the first place. I'd been a customer for there for nearly 2 years!!

I wish the last girl who cut my hair would have admitted she didn’t know how to cut what I was asking for. Or even better, not cut shorter than agreed upon. I just hope she improves and builds up more experience in the future of her career.

Each time I have gone I have not been disappointed. I do have autism so haircuts can be stressful for me. I didn't feel pressured to talk while I was there and the women were very accommodating.

I had Kayleigh for partial highlights. She had to get help because of back pains. She said she was there with a sinus infection. She commented to the aid that helped her she had a soft hand. She came to her side and said I’m “like” and started brushing hard and quick, on the side her needed assistance was on. It hurt. My face reflected that, and she stopped. It was different behavior than previously experienced.
