“Even though I live in Ennis, I always come to the Palmer Post office. Valerie is always the young lady that waits on me. She is super courteous, efficient and always has a friendly smile. I have been in there before when a customer wasn't being very nice. I thought Valerie handled the problem wonderfully! The post office is very fortunate to have her as an employee!”
