“I have a preteen with an iphone ?. She seems to break her phone frequently ?. One day we were in the neighborhood and I stopped in to get her phone fixed. Let me tell you, I love the customer service the business offers. They are kind and knowledgeable about the things I inquired about. I don’t live close, but I don’t mind driving to their location because of their great customer service, and fast service at that. What I love the most is the location. While they are fixing my item, I can go shopping inside Walmart!! So it’s like I’m winning. This was my third time here, they’ve fixed an iPhone and iPad so far. The gentleman recommended a heavy duty case for her, which is perfect! Hopefully nothing else breaks, but if it does, I know they’ll take care of us.”
